I was visiting a friend from the campus so the location was prefect for me. Great service too. The bathroom itself is clean but some of the floor and walls were stained. I simply wore the provided slippers (which they replaced each day, nice) so nothing too problematic.

We booked one single room there and stayed for two nights. The location was close to our destination, but there's nothing around the hotel, really. The nearest shopping mall is around 2 km away.
The breakfast was a bit poor (to my taste), with no coffee or scrambled eggs. The food was a bit oily: fried vegetables, noodles, rice, bread. We didn't order it the second day.
There's a common area that we used to work, and it was very useful. The staff were OK with keeping our bags for a while, too. We

I came for the retest. The environment is very good. The auntie cleans every day and it is very clean. It is very convenient to order takeout or take a taxi. The breakfast is also good. It is also soundproof and quiet at night. There is also a small desk in the room and a typhoon. It is very comfortable to study.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the special room was opposite the elevator. I had to pay 49 yuan to upgrade the room. The bathroom sink was leaking. It should not have happened overnight. No one noticed it. The only possible explanation is that the special room was always rejected. I am the only person who is easy to talk to but unlucky.
