We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton 4 points in Chengyang. The GM, Jessie was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean with comfortable bedding and a bath. The breakfast was a great mix of western and Chinese. It was a lovely touch having coffee available throughout the day.

My recent stay at Wyndham exceeded all expectations! The modern room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had every comfort imaginable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. What truly made this hotel special was its stunning park-like grounds – lush greenery, elegant fountains, and even friendly wildlife like squirrels, doves, and majestic peacocks roaming freely! It felt like a peaceful retreat. The service was impeccable – the staff was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located in Central Chengyang City. Traffic access is good and not heavy. There are many good Korean, HK and Chinese restaurants around the hotel. Checking in is a wonderful experience with efficient and friendly staff. The daily buffet breakfast is excellent with a good spread of Chinese and Intercontinental spread. One commendable service is the nightly porridge and tea which is great for a light supper before resting. The ground floor is also a great place to meet with colleagues. Luckin coffee served round the clock is also another excellent service.

overall is a good hotel in Chengyang. Construction at front for metro line is not helping but you get an overall comfortable experience staying here. Location is ok. Breakfast is basic but does the job. Room is generally good and size and cleanliness are both good.

First of all, the hotel service is very good. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic in the morning. The hotel details are superb. The room layout and details are very good. The self-service system in all aspects is very good. As someone who has experienced different star-rated hotels in various countries, the hotel details are really in place. What's even more surprising is that the airport transfer service package is really great and worth recommending.

The room is very good and large, and the supporting facilities are also very complete👍 The front desk lady Fang Han's service is very good. She served tea and was warm. She also gave a small gift when I left the store🎁 It is very close to the advertising industrial park. There are many delicious foods downstairs within walking distance~ I will choose to stay here next time!

The hotel is nice, the lobby is luxurious, the rooms are clean and sanitary, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the concierge is also very polite, the facilities are complete, the price is favorable, the transportation is quite convenient, it is very convenient to go to the city, and the cost performance is good👍

Clean and sanitary, good service. The hotel is on the 7th floor, take the elevator directly up, there is no one at the front desk on the first floor. This hotel is very close to the subway station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding community, but Liuting is still far from the city. They renovated the first floor into upper and lower rooms, so you may have to walk up the stairs to enter the room, and the ceiling is relatively low. Don't open the window, there are a lot of mosquitoes, but the air conditioner is very comfortable. Overall, it's a good stay.

If you’re looking for a good business trip stay with convenience and reasonable prices look no further. This hotel is part of big shopping mall where directly connected to a subway station. Lots of shops and restaurants are nearby and the hotel rooms are pretty cozy too. I’d definitely come back here for my next business trip .Highly recommended.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very polite and enthusiastic. Any problems encountered during the stay were solved promptly. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast had a rich variety and the taste was what we southerners were used to. Overall, this stay was perfect and highly recommended!
