Fantastic! The surroundings are beautiful. Upon entering the lobby, the suspended leaf decor immediately catches the eye with its light and dynamic visual effect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms featured a practical wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided thoughtful service. A special mention goes to a tall, slender girl in the breakfast restaurant; she was incredibly efficient, friendly, and always ready to assist. Throughout my two-day stay, I noticed her consistent dedication and warm approach to her work.

The room was impeccably clean, split-level, quiet, comfortable, and very stylish. Both air conditioners maintained a perfect temperature, and the bathroom featured good wet/dry separation with excellent shower pressure. The two large round beds were on separate levels, offering both privacy and convenience for looking after children, making it ideal for a young family of four. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a restroom on the upper floor, but otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic: it's just a short walk to Taidong Night Market, and the Beer Museum is also easily accessible. May Fourth Square is only a short taxi ride (around 10-15 RMB) away. Downstairs, you'll find supermarkets, convenience stores, BBQ stalls, and seafood restaurants. Plus, there's a 'Wei Wei Xian' tofu pudding shop nearby that serves absolutely delicious tofu pudding! We had a very comfortable two-day stay and a fantastic overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Crystal Hotel Qingdao Taidong Pedestrian Street. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right on the lively Taidong pedestrian street with so many shops, food stalls, and places to explore just steps away. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even nicer. Even though it’s in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful inside. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want convenience, comfort, and a real local vibe in Qingdao.

Hygiene: The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation and a smart toilet. Location: The hotel is perfectly situated right above a lively food street, predominantly featuring Qingdao seafood restaurants. It's also just a stone's throw from the Qingdao Beer Museum. Service: Breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of choices. A fun bonus was having our takeout delivered by a small robot! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, assisting us with several minor issues. Housekeeping kept our room spotlessly clean every day, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! I particularly loved the tatami area in this room type. We loved spending evenings there, chatting and enjoying late-night snacks.

Traveling with my parents, our family of six chose this hotel, and as an IHG brand, it completely exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were spotless, down to the smallest details. Even the corners of the shower were pristine, with no signs of yellowing. The bedding was fresh and tidy, and every part of the room was impeccably clean. Facilities: Likely due to being a new hotel, all the facilities were sparkling new. Service: The robot service was incredibly efficient and prompt, delivering any requested items without delay. Parking: As we were driving, the parking facilities were extremely convenient.

This stamp-collecting spot is truly amazing! My child absolutely adored it. As soon as we arrived, they eagerly dove into collecting all sorts of stamps. The collection was incredibly comprehensive, featuring so many attractions, and it really helped make up for not being able to visit them all in person. What's more, the wonderful lady at the front desk even taught us how to do the colored stamps, which looked absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, the service was simply exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The staff's attitude was absolutely top-notch – so warm, hospitable, and proactive in offering recommendations and information. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back!

A dream hotel for esports enthusiasts in Qingdao – overflowing with surprises and attention to detail! This trip to Qingdao, I chose the Heguang Esports Hotel, which completely redefined my understanding of ”high-quality esports accommodation.” From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect – a truly flawless experience! First, the facilities are absolutely top-notch, tailor-made for hardcore gamers. There was no lag or frame drops whatsoever. The monitor's color reproduction is incredibly accurate, making the visual experience exceptionally comfortable whether watching games or streaming. The gaming chair is a huge plus, providing excellent lumbar support; I played for four hours straight without any back pain. The cleanliness is also reassuring, which was my top priority. Upon entering the room, I immediately checked the bedding – the sheets and duvet cover were spotless. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned; the sink and mirror were completely dry. The attention to detail surpasses many chain hotels. The desktop and keyboard crevices were also meticulously clean, free of dust and food scraps, allowing me to sit down and start playing immediately without having to clean up myself. The service was impeccable, with exceptional attentiveness from check-in to check-out. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, the receptionist quickly processed our check-in and even offered to help with our luggage. Knowing we were there for gaming, she thoughtfully reminded us that there was complimentary bottled water in the room and that there was a convenience store downstairs for snacks. When checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage early because we needed to catch our high-speed train, and the receptionist readily agreed, even keeping track of our train's departure time to ensure we wouldn't miss our train. This kind of considerate service was truly heartwarming. As for the environment, the hotel has a strong e-sports vibe without being noisy. The location is also excellent, not far from Qingdao Railway Station, a 10-minute taxi ride away. There's a food street nearby, making it super convenient to grab some seafood or beer if we get hungry in the evening. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to attractions like Zhanqiao Pier and Badaguan Scenic Area. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Qingdao Heguang E-sports Hotel. From the facilities and cleanliness to the service and environment, there was nothing to complain about. I've already recommended it to all my friends who love e-sports, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Qingdao. It's absolutely the top choice for e-sports enthusiasts in Qingdao!

The hotel lobby is grand, the environment is very good, very quiet, clean and sanitary. Two cups of coffee were given. The service was thoughtful. Behind it is Zhanshan Temple. Except that it is a bit far from the subway, everything else is very good. However, there is a bus at the door. I am very satisfied with the experience.

Check-in upon arrival was quick and seamless. The room itself was spotless and featured a spacious desk, which was a great bonus. Overall, the hotel was an excellent choice. Its location is also superb, being within easy walking distance of the Beer Museum. The only minor point for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited. Additionally, in the king room, the semi-transparent design of the toilet and shower area might be a little awkward for some guests. Despite these minor observations, this hotel is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Qingdao!

The hotel is in a strategic location—just a short walk from Taidong night market and close to the Taidong train station, which is very convenient. The room itself was generally fine, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The surfaces were quite dusty, and the floor felt sticky. Although we requested housekeeping, they only replaced the towels and tidied the bed—no proper cleaning was done, and the bathroom floor was left untouched.
