This stay at Atour really impressed me with its attention to detail! The location is superb, super convenient for walking to the subway station and shopping areas. The complimentary tea in the lobby warmed my heart right as I walked in. Check-in was efficient, and they even proactively reminded me about the late check-out benefit. The bedding in the room was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came quickly. The free mini-bar with drinks and tea bags was a nice touch, and the 24-hour Zhuju bookstore was quiet and comfortable. The gym was well-equipped. Breakfast had a rich variety, including authentic local snacks, and they even offered warm congee late at night. When checking out, the staff handed me warm water and a small souvenir. My entire experience was top-notch; it's now on my must-stay list for future trips. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were really great. On our first night, the hallway outside our room was too noisy, so they upgraded us to a different room. They were super accommodating, and the new room was very comfortable. Five stars, highly recommend!
