Sheraton Hotels in Qingdao

We booked 2 x rooms to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, and the staff went over and above to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. I especially want to mention Ms Lillian Kong, who was very friendly and could speak English very well. She upgraded both our rooms to seaview rooms, which was amazing. We purchased a bundle deal, which included buffet dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious. This hotel and staff receives our highest ratings! 

1. The room was EXTREMELY HOT. Even with the setting at 16°C, there was no control of the temperature. There was only heated air coming in. I had to climb up very high to partially open a very tight ventilator, but it didn't help much. I had to sleep naked due to the heat. 2. The plastic covering of the amenities (toothbrush, comb, ear buds, etc) is very difficult to open. I actually struggled to open them. I am a fit, 59 year-old with no disabilities. 3. The first night, there was no shaving kit and body lotion in the room. However, upon request, it was provided. 4. The spa is overpriced.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. Great location right across the street from a good mall with a lot of food options. Sheraton also has a great buffet and a Japanese restaurant. We also love the pool! The only negative was that this particular stay l, our executive suite room smelled like someone lived there for at least a week and smoked a pack a day.
