Having stayed at the Wyndham in the USA several times, I arrived to this hotel with certain expectations. Some of those were met; namely: beautiful room decor and plentiful services. Thanks to Samantha and David who partnered to salvage my experience in the end! It would be nice for a western hotel that touts 5 diamonds to offer western channels on the tv(they only had HBO) and decent western fare during breakfast (95% Chinese/Asian food). Additionally, some training for staff in regards to etiquette and professionalism could serve you well. Several employees in the restaurant were rude and unhelpful. Overall, my previous history with the brand and the aforementioned employees allowed for me to have a decent stay.

The hotel is good, very close to Silver Beach, just a five-minute walk away. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. They are open from 6 am to 11 pm. It is really good. There is also the guest relations director Aquarius. When checking in, she specially helped us pick up our luggage and deliver it to the room. After staying for a few days, the little girl helped us solve a lot of things. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the hotel's butler-style service. The butler will give you the best experience within his own capabilities. He will show you the area around the hotel in detail. If you have any questions, you can contact the butler directly. This is very good. , thank you very much for the experience your hotel brought us
