硬件設施太差，花灑是壞的，衞生間地板挺臟的，大理石地面那麼光滑，衞生間門口連防滑墊都不放，不單小孩，連我們大人都容易摔跤，衞生間都不放衞生紙的，我們也懶得問前台，用自己的紙，蚊子還巨多，一晚上被蚊子襲擊了，兩個娃的臉都被叮得大包小包，眼睛腫的呀，看着心疼……這個酒店體驗感實在太差……

酒店是新開的，裝修味很重，一整晚都聽見空調外機運行的聲音，早晨很早就被動車的汽笛聲叫醒了。
室內空調是對着床直吹的，被子太厚蓋着熱不蓋冷，一張床衹有一個枕頭，特別是枕頭很高感覺頸椎都要被折斷了，沒有牀頭櫃放東西很不方便，小朋友還講掀開被子看到蟑螂翅膀。
衞生間玻璃隔斷都沒有，沖涼水四處流，備品牙刷看起來擺放很久了，皺皺巴巴的，杯子沒有梳子沒有

前面客人的煙灰缸都不收，淋浴 熱冷標識是反的，恆温泳池 水既然是冷水，沒有救生員，酒店有泳池是要額外收費的，根本不是四星級
