"We opted for the 3-day, 2-night package. The lobby entrance was playfully designed, and the room itself was incredibly whimsical – even my 'big kid' was very happy with the decor. The hotel staff were all so welcoming and greeted us every time we saw them. Our room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Since we didn't drive, we ate all our meals at the hotel and the park for the three days and two nights. Even though it was Christmas holidays in Hong Kong and the dining areas were very busy, they managed to accommodate everyone, and there were even small gifts for finishing your plate, which was a nice way to encourage kids to appreciate their food. Plus, there's a direct, quick access route from the hotel to the park, and hotel guests get to enter half an hour earlier than regular visitors, which was a huge bonus! Our package also included hot springs, which we didn't get to experience this time, but we'll definitely come back for that next time."

The in-room amenities are of excellent quality. A special thanks to the lovely housekeeper for her thoughtful arrangements – watching the shimmering Lion Lake from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! They even provided a warm and clean dog bed and a water bowl for our furry friend, who instantly loved it. A truly warm and attentive experience, thank you!"

"Love this hotel, spotlessly clean and spacious. Our rooms were upgraded without additional cost. All the service staff were polite and courteous, greeting everyone with a smile. Breakfast was great, a mix of a wide variaties of local and international cuisine. Unfortunately we did not get to explore the surrounding areas as it was already late by the time we checked-in after our day's activities."

"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Our family of four stayed in a quad room with two bunk beds. It's conveniently located right next to the attraction's visitor center, with hotel-affiliated restaurants and a snack street nearby. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was decent, and the freshly cooked beef brisket noodles were particularly delicious. After an early breakfast, you can immediately head to the visitor center next door to buy tickets for various activities online, then quickly redeem them at the ticket machine before taking a shuttle up the mountain to enjoy the attractions. The internet signal in the scenic area was poor; despite showing full bars, the speed was very slow. Thankfully, the hotel's WiFi was quite reliable."

"Every year, I take my kids to Meilin Lake for a vacation. They especially love swimming and surfing at the Happy Water World 🏄🏻‍♀️. The staff (butlers, restaurant, front desk) are as attentive as ever. Snacks were prepared in the room, and the buffet staff thoughtfully gave the kids small gifts. The front desk also gave them gifts when we checked out. 😃 The kids were very happy!"

The breakfast buffet is rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the portions are small enough that you can try many different dishes. The complementary recreational activities are quite fun; you can even continue playing after checking out, including pickleball, mini-golf, basketball, and more – very enjoyable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** The greenery is well-maintained, it's not noisy or crowded, and has an upscale vibe. **Service:** The service is excellent. Items delivered to the room arrive quickly, and they help with luggage."

"Great hotel, clean, great room service, nice staff. It’s possible to wash your clothes in washing machines that are accessible with no extra fee. Washing detergent is provided. They also have drying machines and a place to air dry your clothes."

"The indoor pool is for members only. There's an outdoor pool that's free to use, but it seems to be outsourced, as non-hotel guests can pay to use it too. When checking in, we were given a stamp card for a gift. I thought it would just be small toys like figurines or toy cars, but when we redeemed it, they were large boxed toy sets, which made the kids incredibly happy. The kids' play area is right next to the breakfast restaurant and is quite large, so kids can play there for a long time. Late check-out until 2 PM was excellent."

"The service is super good and the location is super good. It is surrounded by mountains and water. The Taihe Cave behind is very suitable for a walk in the morning. The air is fresh and refreshing. The mountain spring water in the tap is indeed ”softer” than the water at home. The housekeeper is on call and can meet most of the needs. I rarely write reviews, but it is really great and worth coming again."
