New World Qingyuan Hotel

We got an upgraded room with a small courtyard, perfect for enjoying the scenery while soaking in the hot tub. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel's breakfast, buffet dinner, and afternoon tea were all delicious, and the overall environment of the hotel was excellent. I'm already planning to bring my baby next time to enjoy the fresh air.

Our stay at the New World Hotel Qingyuan truly exceeded expectations, and Concierge Rosie's thoughtful service elevated the entire experience—she deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering everything from Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western dishes to fresh juices and aromatic coffee. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery with sunlight streaming in, was particularly delightful. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning; opening the window reveals a sea of green, with flagstone paths winding through flowerbeds and lawns. In the evening, the sunset combined with the pink and purple flowering trees created picturesque, soothing scenes perfect for photos. Facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and mini-golf were all excellent, catering to both relaxation and active fun. However, Rosie, our concierge, was the real highlight! From pre-arrival communication to guiding us upon arrival and responding to our various needs throughout our stay, her service was consistently swift and attentive. She proactively recommended local activities, helped coordinate meal times, and even noticed our preference for a quiet corner, specially arranging a suitable table. Her attention to detail was truly touching. We were completely charmed by both the hotel's environment and Rosie's service. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

Had a fantastic vacation experience here. The gardens and architecture are beautifully designed. The restaurant's food is excellent. Our butler, Mati, was incredibly warm and helpful, always providing prompt assistance. Highly recommend! 👍

I've stayed here a few times now, and the service is always excellent. It's rare to find a hot spring hotel in the Greater Bay Area with such new facilities and luxurious rooms. The service team is incredibly responsive to every request. Alison, the housekeeper, provided outstanding service. I'll definitely be back next time!

Took my parents on a trip and chose this hotel. It has a large outdoor area with fresh air, and there are outdoor hot springs. The open-plan balcony in the room also has its own plunge pool. Breakfast was delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic; all the staff greeted us proactively, and the young men even opened car doors and helped carry luggage to our room. Plus, they were all handsome! 😉

The room was very clean and the hot springs were so comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, and Mati was absolutely wonderful! I'll definitely go again next time.
