the view is the reason to stay here. I will post pictures to show you how everything is old and needs to be uograded, but for the price we paid I am not complaining.

This is not a hotel, or a hostel. This is an Air BnB style rental apar**ent in an apar**ent complex. This could be an awesome property or place to stay… but falls short on a few things that could so easily be resolved without much hassle. I loved the bath on the balcony. Brilliant idea, but the bath itself needs a bit of TLC. The enamel paintwork was chipping away. The boiler (water heater) didn’t work for the first 24 hours I was there. I contacted the manager through wechat, who arranged for someone to come… eventually. The fridge should be bigger (it’s really tiny). The place should be cleaned more regularly and deeply when its left vacant. Particularly the kitchen and utensils. Would I book again… yes (for convenience).

Good place , inside nothing special it's like a appartement but good with a small kitchen and cosy it's good for couple ! With balcony sea view very nice ! 2minutes walking to the Beach and 5 minutes from the city center and the restaurant !

The house is on two floors, with the living room and kitchen below, and three rooms on the upper floor. The facilities are a bit old, but they are clean and tidy. The facilities and star-rated hotels are incomparable, but they are worth more than five hundred.

獨一無二的陽台風景和大面積的房子好評！小區環境也很不錯，海南島上少有的美麗景色值得住兩天，就是海邊蟲子有些多了

優點：酒店視野開闊，有着一線海景，房間較大，距海灘和“海的故事”商業街很近，出行方便；如果對以下敍述的缺點不是太在意的話，這個價位的海景房，性價比還是有的。 缺點：房間設施老舊，不管是入户門還是傢俱都有一種很陳舊的感覺，衞生做的較差，尤其玻璃水杯帶有明顯的陳年的油煙味兒（懂的都懂），房間清掃後的水漬較多。由於沒有前台服務，酒店有着與旅客之間一種天然的疏離感。房間配置了投影，沒有操作説明，沒電視。

民宿位置優越，設施齊全，配套完善，服務很好，回覆及時。陽台的景觀很好，可以看海。來博鰲旅遊推薦這家！

海邊的公寓，比較潮濕，面朝大海，可觀海看日出，室外過道的住户種花草灑了有機肥，弄得臭哄哄的，很無奈。室內衞生一般般，湊合吧。

房間挺大的，設施也齊全，停車挺方便，一天十塊錢，位置也不錯，能看到大海，出門往西走是熱鬧的街道，往東走幾十米就是海邊。缺點是屋子有點老舊，衞生條件還是較酒店有差距

優點： 1.比較方便，離鎮上的鬧市區很近 2.白天可以看到海景 3.價格實惠 缺點： 1.因為我是鉑金會員，所以攜程給了我下午2:00退房的權利。並且我也跟前台説明瞭這個情況，但是在1:50左右，還是有打掃阿姨跟他男人兩個人一起在沒有我允許的情況下直接進來開始打掃房間。幸好我是男住客，還不太要緊，如果我是女住客的話，一男一女直接刷卡進來打掃房間，萬一我剛洗完澡怎麼辦呢？衹要沒到2:00，我就依舊有享受房間使用權的權利，這是攜程平台賦予我的權利，前台也明晰，我讓打掃阿姨及她男人在門外等一下我收拾一下你們再進來打掃，但我聽不懂她的方言，她也不耐煩的直接就進來打掃捲鋪蓋啥的了，我還有零零散散的行李沒有收拾好，我真的很怕有東西沒收拾好而丟了，真的很氣憤。差評。真的得虧我是男住客，如果我對象或者一個單獨女住客入住遇到這樣的情況，那就不是這麼簡單的問題了。打掃阿姨衹管自己能夠早點下班，不在乎不在意住客的感受。 2.這個熱水器洗一會兒熱水澡就沒有熱水了，還要等很久。洗個熱水澡都洗不方便，真的很難受。冬天真的很難受。差評。 3.民宿在陽台上配備了浴缸，但是沒有給顧客客人提供一次性的浴缸罩子，無法泡浴缸，差評。

有一説一，房間陽台的風景很好。酒店沒有大堂沒有前台沒有任何指引，無論電梯還是走廊還是房間都是一副年久失修的模樣，一進房間一股黴味，有些燈是壞的，昏昏暗暗的，其他的看圖片吧。
