Attention with bed bugs
the location is perfect, but it’s only.
i read some reviews too, it’s the problem for a long time but they don’t want to slove it. If they still want to keep this hotel, they should take action, i see that it is being demolished now. Horrible, bed bugs is not acceptable, i have so many problems of skin after live there! It's better to close the door for repair than to open the door with bad quality.
All of the day in the hotel, no Internet neither, it’s possible? They don’t want to fix the problem! This attitude!

The futon had small insects and dust on it and didn't feel clean. There was hot water. The hotel is located near Sirkeci Station, close to the old town and new town on the European side, and the ferry terminal that crosses to the Asian side, so you can walk anywhere.

The cleanliness of the room is honestly not good. Although it was the cheapest room, the room was in disrepair and the shower room was full of limescale. Also, the electrical outlet was exposed. There was an air conditioner, but it didn't work and I could only use the fan. There were insects on the bed that could be seen with the naked eye, making it difficult to stay comfortably. For those who don't like it, we recommend a slightly more upgraded room.

The sauna and hot spring attached to the hotel were not available as of September 2023. Also, the shampoo provided in the room doesn't lather well, so we recommend you bring your own.
