Room is ok, but have to WeChat owner to get the room access, building main entrance is under maintenance

The hotel has AI where we could remote control by vocal. Simple mandarin instructions and the AI could switch on TB , draw curtain etc which is pretty cool for a budget hotel. Self check in. Need to contact owner upon arrival to obtain the door access code. Majority of the building area is under renovation. Many restaurants nearby. Bus stop just right in front. Very convenient n clean hotel. Would recommend to friends. Sound proof need to be improve if you have a noisy neighbour next-door. Overall satisfied with the hotel for the price paid.

It's a newly open apartment hotel,so it clean and also just renovated.with all new furniture and fixtures.Service and up keeping is poor because only started services after the check in time should improve ,anyway others is ok and acceptable
