**Location and Accessibility:**
The Hilton Quebec boasts a prime location just outside Old Town and near Place D'Youville, where many buses stop. However, the hotel is situated on a hill, so if you're not taking a bus or Uber, be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk to reach the entrance.
**Room and View:**
We paid extra for a room with an Old Quebec River view, and it was worth every penny. The window was clear, allowing us to take stunning photos of Old Town Quebec with Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in the background.
**WiFi:**
The WiFi connection at Hilton Quebec was excellent—smooth and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting work done.
**Amenities:**
While the rooms do not come with bottled water, during the summer, the hotel provides water dispensers with ice water near the reception, which was convenient for filling our water bottles.
Overall, Hilton Quebec offers a comfortable stay with fantastic views and excellent connectivity, though the uphill walk may be a consideration for some guests.

The hotel was within walking distance to the old part of the city. The food at the hotel was wonderful. The room was so unique with the stone walls. We would definitely book at the Port Royal again.

Despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . The location is excellent, perhaps improving.
The room is adjusted, similar to the size of the rooms of the European hotels, but it can be fine.
The state of the bathing articles was not the best, but before my complaint they were repaired immediately.
With regard to the bathrooms, I still don't understand how so developed societies do not use the bidet for personal hygiene, even though they could put the service of a small shower inside the bathroom.
The staff is very friendly and always seek to solve the problems you can have and advise you with courtesy.
It is a very beautiful old house.

Very Good
GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
LLvxingzaixingkongxiaThe room is big, but the sofa bed is not very flat, the head side is a bit tilted, it is not very comfortable to sleep. There is free breakfast, which is quite rich. There is also free parking, you need to register the license plate at the front desk. There is a good restaurant not far away.
GGuest UserHotel location is very good, go out is a lively neighborhood and attractions. The hotel is very exquisite and small, the room is newly decorated, the floor is soundproof, and there is a sound when walking upstairs. The hotel downstairs has a self-operated restaurant, located on a street, and the overall satisfaction.
GGuest UserIt is a very old building, and it feels good to live here. But the room heating is insufficient, especially when it is minus ten degrees outside. I didn't notice at the beginning, the heating was turned on for a long time, and the temperature was slow. There is only one small heater against the wall in a room, and another relatively large fan. The wind in the fan is cold. I have reflected it with the hotel, but it has not been solved very well. It was not until the second day that I got up in the morning and the temperature slowly rose. Other services are still very good.
GGuest UserNice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect.
The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities.
I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy.
There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info.
I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop.
It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself.
All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.
RRUIThe hotel is in the old town, very close to the attractions and within walking distance. Just in time for the Christmas season in Quebec City, the streets and alleys are all dressed up with various Christmas decorations, and the lights are very beautiful at night. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with two large beds very comfortable. Because there is no elevator in the old house, the residents can only climb the stairs, but fortunately, they can exercise on the third floor. There is a Thai restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the business is good. I originally booked a room without breakfast. I upgraded it to include breakfast at the front desk. Thank you very much. The parking fee for two nights was also confiscated before checking out. This trip was really worthwhile.
JJenny Kim1I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
GGuest UserClean but aged lodging, as expected in the old town center. Great vibes in the surroundings. It doesn't have a sign, just trust Google maps when it says you've reached your destination. There's no elevator, and only 1 or 2 rooms on the ground level - not suitable for the elderly if you can't get the ground level rooms. It's right in the center of the old town, and right next to a nice park which also houses military?! 🤔
Recommend visiting the Wedding Veil Falls about 20 min drive away. You can get much more up close and personal than the Niagara falls. Enjoy a fanciful and delicious meal in the cafe at the top of the falls 🥰
YYUEWhen I first arrived, no one at the front desk called before I came back. There was no elevator, no elevator, no elevator, but the boss was very good to help us move up. The room was very small. Two boxes could hardly be placed.
