Very good and nice staff. They were very helpful and had very good customer service skills.

Because the itinerary changed, I informed the hotel one day in advance to apply for a one-day cancellation. The hotel could not contact anyone for half a day and then replied that they did not agree to check out and deducted all room fees. The sound insulation is poor and the security is not high. There are two doors. One of the doors opens directly to the road. Very bad experience! !

Beautiful hotel. Bathroom is not up to date but the rest of the room is super nice. We loved it and will definitely return to this hotel.
