I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the resort. However, it was a bit unsettling when people walked along the corridor outside my room.

Out of town, but enjoyed the quiet place. There are 2 nice restaurants opposite the hotel. We are greeted by happy hotel staff that makes the stay pleasant.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is quite old without an elevator so we lifted all our luggages to the third(?) floor. The smell of the bathroom was very unpleasant maybe because of the mould. Not good value for money.

A convenient location outside Queenstown, less than 15 minutes drive. Also easy to go to Arrowtown for a half day. We'll-planned bathroom layout with hooks and rails around for bathtowels, clothings.

A very good location about 13 minutes drive from the madness that is Queenstown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for Arrowtown as well. A couple of gpod places to eat within 2 minutes walk as well as a restaurant/bar food an site.
Rooms were spacious and spotless.
Breakfast was plentiful buffet.

Nice and clean room with basic amenities. As it's a hotel, there's no kitchen or microwave inside the room. There is a non-smart TV in the room but its response is very slow, we couldn't enjoy anything on the TV. There is no elevator for this 3 storey hotel, which is a negative factor if one has to carry heavy luggage to an upper floor. Moreover, though parking is available, as it's not next to the door, the luggauges have to be dragged over a gravel (or floored with small rocks) driveway. There is not much to do around the place, besides we couldn't find any gasoline stand or supermarket around here. Queenstown is only 10-15mins drive, so stay here and drive to Queenstown for main activities. Overall, a bit overpriced compared to location and facilities. We will consider staying again if necessary but will certainly look for other options if available.

Overall is good but just the fire alarm was very annoying. It rang 3 times during the midnight.
