We stayed in the villa by accident. But it was very clean and tidy inside, and the quality of life was very high, so the appliances and facilities were relatively high-end. It was on the hillside of Queenstown. The scenery was beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained for two days when we stayed there. If you are old, you should be careful because it is tiring to go up and down the hill. There is no problem if you drive.

This Zhunan Hotel has no front desk. You need to email your credit card information to them and deposit NZ$1500. We stayed there for 3 nights. Check-out time is 10am. We wanted to pay extra to delay check-out until 12pm, but they didn't allow it. The service staff entered the room at 10am and started packing, asking us to leave quickly. We packed and left the room at 11am. The hotel staff didn't communicate with us and directly deducted NZ$300 as a late check-out fee. This hotel has no integrity and deducts the amount from customers' credit cards at will. Everyone should stay away from this hotel. They only care about money, not integrity.
