It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

It’s easy to get around, and there's a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. **Room:**   The room was spacious, clean but not too modern. The bed was comfortable with amenities provided were more than adequate, including a 32inch smart TV, free parking, towels & toiletries. The bathroom needs maintenance specially the shower. **Service:**   The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, Room service needs improvement to be prompt and efficient. **Facilities:**   The hotel offers a range of amenities such as a restaurant with a breakfast buffet. There is free Wi-Fi throughout, which was very convenient. **Dining:**   Breakfast is ok, with both continental and filipino style. The hotel’s restaurant also offers a nice dinner menu. **Overall:**   Eurotel Vivaldi, offering a luxurious stay with attentive service. While it might not have the same level of opulence as a 5-star hotel, it provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The place is clean and safe, it has a good ambiance. I love the city view from the window. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, we will surely book again as long as we are around the corner.

The property is very close to Araneta Center Cubao which is a transport hub. Indian food is also available nearby. The rates for the food are at par with most Filipino Food Courts.

This place is accessible to other establishments, the service is still good. The room is very comfortable to slay. We feel safe and secure.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However being my first time in the Philippines. Location is mediocre. There’s a Burger King and Panda Express across the street, but I wouldn’t want to wander far from the hotel at night.
