The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!"

"My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it."

"Location is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarket & laundry service. Service is prompt & friendly. Haven't got time to use the hotel facilities. Cleanliness is ok except sometimes will forget to top up water, towels or toiletries. Was pretty upset during Thurs night stay 25 September 2025 where hotel is fully booked by a group of students age 18-20s. Not hotel's fault but these students - press lift buttons of all floors causing inconvenience to hotel guests - at night 11.30pm ring a few room bells 🔔 & ran away Had complain to front desk, she helped to call upon the group leaders to apologize."

"Our stay was generally pleasant. The customer service was excellent from the guard to the receptionist and the staff who assisted us, everyone was courteous and accommodating. However, since the room is quite old and outdated, it would be great if they could improve some amenities. Providing complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries (such as a toothbrush) would be appreciated. Adding hand towels, updating the bed sheets to a softer texture, and replacing the old chair — which may pose some risk — would also enhance the guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the TV amenities would make the stay more enjoyable."

"Initially, we were given a room na mahina ang aircon but later transferred us sa ibang room na mas gumagana ang aircon. Malinis naman pagkapasok namin pero may amoy yung toilet. May hot and cold shower din so okay na rin sya. When it comes sa staff nila, need yata nilang idevelop ang soft skills nila kasi yung ibang nasa front desk parang nakasimangot kapag kinakausap though may mababait naman din na staff. They need to build rapport sa mga guests nila. Overall, if you are travelling on a budget, okay na rin for its price but just manage your expectations."
