The hotel does not looked into your preferences you post on the request portion when you booked. I booked for a family room because the picture featured obviously a corner room with 2 sides having windows.
When i asked about if my request is catered on the corner room, they said room assignment is assigned randomly.
The room i was assigned (20i) has a leaking bathroom sink and the shower heater is not functioning.
I have second thoughts in coming back if random room assignment is done without considering your request.
It is a miss or hit situation.

The place is not that clean at all, and the smart tv is not totally working. We request for a unit with smart TV but it’s not working. We hope to have a better unit next stay.

Maganda ambiance, the view is overlooking. Sa amenities, sana may shampoo sila na ilagay sa susunod, sa paglutuan naman yung pan para sa gudto magluto ng pancit canton or anything na food dahil frying pan at rice cooker lang meron. Pero overall goods naman. Kudos sa maintenance nila na agad agad nandyan para ayusin o may papalitan na gamit.

The place is very nice and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. It’s also very accessible and conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and other essential shops, making it easy to get everything you need without any hassle. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both short and long visits.

The pool is superb and not crowded
The room is nice. My only concern is there is no rice cooker sa room na pinaglipatan samin. But all in all goods namna sya lalo na mura. Nag enjoy pa baby boy namin

Very good residence, we really liked it. Metro line is near. Window view was amazing. Very nice crew.
