We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door.
As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved.
We look forward to staying here again.

Great location, amazing front office staff, very courteous and professional. Room was clean, carpeted and spacious. Got a birthday cake for my boy as well. Will definitely come back. Direct access to Robinsons mall. 5 star experience indeed

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish.
Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups.
Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though.
Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals.
I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times.
Over all, I'd stay here again.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didnβt use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good!
Couple of areas for improvement:
- the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours
- our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet
- there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

Our room is super clean including the linens, same things as the bathroom. We enjoyed the gym and SPA service with my wife, pool was under maintenance during our stay. Food at the Patio restaurant is reasonably good at its' cost, thanks to the complimentary bread rolls.
Parking going the 2nd floor is very steep...but should not be a problem for experienced experienced driver. Limited car parking slots are available though in front of the building.
Great view from the large window in our room.

It was a great experience. It was mean for the kids to spend time in the pool. Pool amenity is great wherein they have 3 sets of pools. There is this not so huge pool for adults but enough to let you swim for several yards. There are 2 pools for the kids. There are also several benches available. Good thing about this place is that it has Gym. The gym is enough for you not to miss your morning jog. A couple of treadmill awaits inside and it's equip with machines and set of dumb bells. The room is also clean but that cozy considering that this hotel is not new. There is a tub that lets you relax and if you wanna spend hours in soaking your self up with warm water. Hot and cod water is also available in the washroom. There's also a fridge and water heater provided wherein you could have some drinks chilled and have an afternoon or morning coffee.

We initially booked an overnight stay in a 1 bedroom deluxe room, but since we trully enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend another night! π We were so deligjted and satisfied with the room and the service - from the quick early check-in process, to the cleanliness and spacious room provided, to the pool amenities up to the sumptous and hearty meal (breakfast) that was served! Whatβs even more satisfying was the completeness of the amenties in the room especially the kitchen stuff! The staffs were also nice and attentive. When we requested for additional or replenishments of amenities, they have attended to it real FAST! Requests were attended in like 5-10minutes only! Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay and we will surely be back to this hotel! π

GGuest UserVery good. I felt good on the first day. I changed to another hotel on the second day. It was incomparable with this one. I decided to choose this hotel again. The only inconvenience is that there is no drinking water on each floor. You need to ask the waiter to deliver it to the room. The service is good and the cost performance is high. It is worth recommending.
GGuest UserB Hotel has by far, given the greatest hospitality service I have ever experienced. Their staff are courteous and always ready to serve with a smile. Kudos to their manager, Rey with his staff Dennis, James, Jamil, and Jonah for their professionalism and excellent hospitality skills. Together they gave B Hotel an excellent name.
GGuest UserFor my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.
CCatherine RossLocation is great, very close to Eastwood Mall, so lots of retail stores and restaurants.
The hotel is a no frills place. Very basic. No tea and coffee making facilities. The safe was broken but other than that it's clean and good for a short stay.
There was free breakfast which the menu is changed daily. Very average food and very understaffed. It was passable though.
The nonsense about the staff asking about vaxx status was ridiculous and unnecessary as its not required by the govt.
AAnonymous UserThe security was very tight here. Especially when you leave your room at night to get food outside. In a way, this is good for the guests.
The food service is not so good. Our room service order arrived late and the coffee was already cold when it was served.
The room is average, relatively clean. But overall, for its cheap price and its good location, booking here is okay.
