A very comfortable and nice hotel to stay in. Location is very good. Services are friendly, breakfast is good, bed is very comfortable, and the courtyard is nice to chill off the night. Once you close off the curtain and the door to the courtyard, you hardly hear any noise from the pedestrain street. They even have shutter in the courtyard to ”seal” off the room from the outside if you want to use it. For laundry, they have 6 washer and 6 dryer in total. No need to panic and rush to wash your clothes. Although the hotel is situated 50 meter in a small lane away from the main street, but we do not have any issue for cab hailing. the drivers know to stop just at the front of the small lane, rest assured on that. Overall, we rate this boutique hotel highly on our list. Definitely recommened for anyone coming to Xiamen for vacation. Almost flawless boutique hotel!!! *If I have to pick on the hotel, then we wish the hotel breakfast will come with free coffee for breakfast. Simple nice black coffee or with milk is such a comfort for some tourist to start the day. Since breakfast comes with free tea, soya , fresh milk, why not come with simple black coffee as well? Not a deal breaker for us, just a small suggestion.

This hotel is strategically located in the Zhongshan walking street area. There are two entrances, one for the Didi's car to drop off, and it has a lift to go to the front desk at 2nd Floor. The other one with an escalator, I always used to go down to the walking street. If you turn right you can see many eating shops, varieties of food. Nit only the same shacha noodles but there are also seafood restaurants. There are also many shops selling tea leaves at the exit to the normal shops out of the walking street. Calling and waiting for the Didi's car is easier here. If you are a Buddhist, you would regret if you don't go to the South Pu Tuo Temple 南普陀寺。This is out of the topic, excuse me, please.

First off, this isn't about the staff; their work was perfectly fine, their attitudes and everything were great. The environment was impeccable, and the location was excellent, with Gulangyu Island directly across from our sea-view room. If it hadn't been for the room upgrade, I probably wouldn't have found any issues with this stay. I originally booked a Deluxe Sea View Room, but the front desk said it was fully booked. The only remaining room was directly facing the elevator. To get away from the elevator, an Executive Room was the only option, so I chose to upgrade. The Executive Room came with many extra perks (see picture), but seriously, are these so-called 'services' really designed with customer needs in mind? Honestly, if you didn't offer these services, I wouldn't even think about it. But if you're going to offer them, be generous and don't be so stingy. You offer an 80-yuan laundry voucher that can't be stacked, and you can only use 80 yuan per day. For two people, that's not even enough to wash two t-shirts. If a guest only stays for one night, they can't even enjoy this service because clothes have to be dropped off before 8 AM (before check-in) and aren't ready until 6 PM the next evening (check-out is at 12 PM). So, the housekeeping staff directly refused to take our dirty laundry. Free two-hour meeting room, free printing, free phone calls, free computer use—wow! So many freebies!!! Seriously, who uses these nowadays? Then there's the 50-yuan hotel car voucher. A single ride starts at 260 yuan, even if you're going less than 5 km, and it's only for destinations within the island. Isn't giving out this 50-yuan voucher just annoying? Oh, and there's a 128-yuan massage voucher, for massages that start at 400 yuan. Either you generously offer a proper, genuinely useful free service that everyone would use, like a free airport transfer, a free laundry service, or a free massage, etc., or just don't offer anything at all. People who can afford executive floors aren't looking for these petty discounts. But it's really quite irritating to list so many things that 99% of people won't use. And your executive lounge – hardly anyone goes up there anyway. The juices are all concentrated; they're not even willing to offer freshly squeezed. They claim it's available 'all day'. When checking out, I thought since it was a weekend and occupancy was high, I didn't want to inconvenience subsequent guests. Even though I could have extended my check-out, I decided not to, and just planned to go to the executive lounge to wait for my high-speed train for about an hour after regular check-out. I was refused. There's nothing in the executive lounge during the day anyway, just a few bottles of water. I wasn't some regular floor guest trying to sneak in; why couldn't I even sit in the executive lounge for a bit???? So then I decided to just extend my check-out, and they reluctantly granted it, citing high occupancy. I was speechless. I stayed for three nights and only went to the 26th floor once. I really don't understand who benefits from all these 'rules' and 'freebies' you've set up. For guests planning to travel here, setting aside these 'additional services' of the executive floor, everything else is pretty good. If you book an executive floor, remember to check in before 6 PM on the first day, and when checking out, strongly insist on a late check-out until 2 PM! Oh, and if you order takeout, it's best to have the delivery rider wait for you in the lobby and pick it up yourself. Otherwise, they won't be allowed into the lobby and will put your food in a locker, which then requires you to register, log in, enter a password, personal information, and a bunch of other messy stuff first. Their robots only deliver the hotel's own food.

We were so glad we chose this guesthouse! The entire check-in process was incredibly smooth and made us feel instantly at ease. **Regarding the environment:** The place itself was immaculately clean and tidy, boasting a modern decor. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep. **As for the service:** The front desk staff were excellent! They proactively sent detailed check-in instructions which were incredibly practical and helpful. Whenever we had questions, their responses were always prompt. They even paid attention to small details, like noticing we'd bought water and then kindly providing us with extra bottles. **Location-wise:** It's perfectly situated right next to the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making exploration incredibly convenient. **In summary:** This was an absolutely flawless experience! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The overall environment is great. Downstairs is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which is super lively! It's also very close to the subway station. The shower space is spacious, and the water pressure is good. The room is clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi runs smoothly. The air conditioning in the room is strong. The staff are attentive, respond quickly, and proactively offer tips for exploring the area.

After much deliberation on Trip.com, I finally settled on this hotel. The moment the elevator doors opened, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a fresh and modern design, and the rooms are fully equipped with smart home features. Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient, and all the tourist attractions are within easy reach.

Located near Xiamen Airport, the hotel offers free airport shuttle service. **Facilities**: The facilities are a bit old, but still comfortable enough. Hygiene is acceptable. There's no central air conditioning; instead, individual wall-mounted units are installed in the hallway. **Environment**: The surroundings aren't very convenient, with most food delivery options being two to three kilometers away. **Service**: It's alright. **Cons**: There are no power outlets by the bedside, which is a bit inconvenient.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient as well. The hotel is right by the roadside: if you walk to the left and cross one traffic light, you’ll reach Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street; if you walk to the right and cross a traffic light, you’ll arrive at the Eighth Market (Ba Shi). Taking a taxi or didi to the ferry terminal is also easy and quick. It’s a great area for sightseeing. The hotel staff were warm and friendly. The front desk helping with the parcels were very attentive. The aunty at the noodle station was also lovely, the noodles served in early morning were delicious. The housekeeping aunties kept the room very clean, which made the stay comfortable. Thank you for all the good service! Overall, it’s great value for money, with a convenient location and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Before coming to Xiamen, my husband and I had a disagreement about which hotel to choose. He wanted a newer hotel with modern facilities, thinking this one was too old. But I was in favor of staying at a well-established five-star like the Sheraton. Although some of the furniture was indeed a bit dated after we checked in, and there weren't many smart amenities, it still exuded an aura of luxury and elegance. Sitting by the window each day, enjoying the beautiful views outside, was always a pleasure. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of delicious Chinese and Western options. Plus, its location is superb; it's very convenient to walk to the subway or bus. We mostly opted for eco-friendly travel and didn't use a car. Moreover, it's just a ten to fifteen-minute walk to SM Plaza, which is packed with shops and numerous restaurants where you can savor authentic Minnan cuisine. All in all, we were very satisfied with our choice to stay at the Sheraton this time.

Choosing this hotel for our Xiamen trip was truly an excellent decision. Its location is absolutely perfect, serving as an ideal starting point for exploring the city's highlights. Whether it was taking a ferry from the bustling ferry terminal to Gulangyu Island, strolling along the Nanyang-style Zhongshan Road in search of local delicacies, or visiting the lush Botanical Garden, everything was conveniently and quickly accessible, saving us a lot of precious travel time. The hotel service was another major highlight of our trip, truly embodying the phrase 'a home away from home'. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly demeanor. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey. Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

GGuest UserFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves. That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok. Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh. The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it. The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know. For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

MM26541****During the National Day holiday, I visited a friend in Fuzhou and decided to do some sightseeing. After browsing many hotels online, I ultimately chose Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang! My decision was based on Hilton's reputation for excellent customer service and their 'Hilton CleanStay' program. Both the service provided during check-in and the cleanliness of the room were outstanding! It truly lives up to its 5-star rating! However, there was one minor issue. As a 5-star hotel, I believe there might be a slight problem with their management. I checked in on October 5th, and my booking only included breakfast for two people. During check-in, I confirmed with the front desk to add breakfast for one more person (my child). Yet, at breakfast on the 6th, we were stopped at the 39th floor breakfast area. I just wanted to offer a small suggestion here...

BBuandechang_BrandonFacilities: The amenities are pretty standard, on par with a 2-3 star hotel. If it weren't for the National Day holiday, it definitely wouldn't be this expensive. In my room, there was a large pane of glass that was already shattered and felt precariously loose. Environment & Location: The hotel is conveniently located at the northern entrance of Quanzhou's Food Street, making transportation easy. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby – super convenient. Service: The staff were warm, thoughtful, meticulous, and patient. Hotel operations are also very detailed; they prepared handy tourist attraction guide notes for guests in advance. You can simply grab a note for the attraction you want to visit and follow the transportation routes indicated on it, making it very easy to plan your trip. Hygiene: I'm extremely dissatisfied. The linen and towels were too old and tattered, either with holes or frayed edges. The carpets in the public areas were very dirty and greasy; it felt like they hadn't been cleaned in months, maybe even half a year. It wasn't just near the elevator where spills from guests might occur, which I could understand, but even the carpets in the public corridors were very dirty. On my third day, they didn't even provide room service. I had to call to request it, and the cleaning lady who came said she was too busy, which was why my room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserI picked this place online after seeing keywords like 'top-notch design' and 'EV charging available,' which immediately sealed the deal for me. When driving down to the underground parking, I even spotted a 'Chairman's Reserved Parking' spot – quite a charming and thoughtful touch! The owner clearly has sophisticated taste and has drawn inspiration from many high-end, star-rated hotels. You can see this in details like the seating inside the elevators and the sleek shower design in the rooms. This was my first time seeing a stair climber in a hotel gym – the owner definitely didn't skimp on expenses! Plus, the entire room is equipped with smart home devices; you just need to call out 'Xiaodu Xiaodu' to control everything. Overall, a truly delightful stay!
