AAnonymous UserWe truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated.
Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay.
The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

IInternational traveler_MichelleIt is was our 2nd time to stay in Seda hotel north. We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant serves very fresh and delicious food, and the service is excellent and attentive. Seda Vertis North is much cleaner and more comfortable compared to many ****** hotels. There is even a wedding dress rental in the lobby, which is perfect for taking beautiful photos. The staff are very friendly, and they offer a better deal when you show a senior citizen ID if you want to extend your stay. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, dine, and capture some memorable picture

The hotel is affordable and offers spacious rooms If you book the Premier Room, it even comes with a small kitchen, microwave, which is very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel is simple if you book with breakfast deal , but if you book without breakfast and order from the menu instead, there are more choices. The veggie cheese omelette is especially delicious and reasonably priced.
There is also a nail spa next to the hotel where you can enjoy foot wraps ,body scrubs and massages . The service is very good and relaxing after a long day. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and good value for the price.

GGuest UserThere was a problem with the toilet overflowing from the base. It smelled a bit, so I contacted the front desk and they cleaned it right away. However, since it was a malfunction of the toilet, I received another cleaning service, and it was an old issue, so the back of the toilet was stained brown with grime. Other than that, everything else was great. The shopping mall and concert venue were very close. The prices at the shopping mall are pretty much the same as in Korea. A bowl of ramen costs over 10,000 won, and drinks are typically 5,000-6,000 won. They barely sell any plain food. There are no salad specialty stores, and even sandwiches are mayo-based by default, so I struggled with the food more than expected. This isn't really hotel-related, but I'm leaving it for those who are coming for events. I accidentally booked a cheap hotel far away and stayed there for a day, but my condition worsened, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I quickly moved here and found peace. It was clean, pleasant, and cool enough even without turning on the air conditioning, by my standards. The front desk service was also good.
There's a Starbucks on the first floor and a Muji Cafe on the second floor. The coffee at Muji tasted better and was cheaper. The caffeine was super strong, and it had a big awakening effect on me, but everyone can choose what they like. There are many places to eat. The value for money wasn't great, but I was satisfied because the walking distance was short.

GGuest UserThe hotel is accessible to train, malls, bus stations, food shops. The room is clean however the stench of the shower drain affects the quality of air especially when you enter the room after being vacant for quite some time or when you go out. The lavatory in our room is draining water so slow so we rarely used it. AC is cold, complete with clean linens and soft mattress and foam. TV is working fine, connected to internet but you need to sign in your netflix acount. Hotel receptionists denied is of our request for fresh towels even if we stayed for 3 nights. I was able to request for fresh towel through the housekeeping staff. They better provide signages for stairs use since elevators can be very busy and unable to accommodate all customers during peak hours.

What an amazing escape at Astrotel Cubao! My brother traveled all the way from Romblon Province for a 3-day business trip to Metro Manila. The journey left him drained—stuck in that infamous traffic, utterly exhausted by the time he arrived.
I booked him a room, and it was pure magic. He stepped in and instantly felt a wave of peace wash over him: a spotless room with all the essentials, blazing-fast WiFi, and zero disturbing noise for the soundest sleep of his trip. The secure location is a gem—24/7 fast food and a convenience store right outside, plus a nice, welcoming ambiance.
The cherry on top? The manager and supervisor personally checked in on him, making us feel truly valued. And the spot couldn't be better: a short walk to Farmers Plaza and Gateway Mall, where we unwound with delicious dinners. My brother was so thankful—he left refreshed and ready to conquer his meetings. Highly recommend for anyone needing a serene reset in the city!

It was okay naman although di ako sanay kasi na may mirror sa ceiling tapat ng bed as I know bawal magsleep na nakaharap sa mirror, so i have to move yun kutson sa floor. Okay naman AC mejo maingay pero malamig naman. Mabilis lang ang pag check in and check out.

AAnonymous UserThis was the second time we booked in Sentinel Residence. We really loved our stay. We love how we can cook. There are also utensils we can use and a mini refrigerator. We really loved the interior of the unit we were in. Only the sink in the bathroom was licking, but other than that, we’d like to stay here for a longer time soon.
