I had an exceptional stay at Ibis Styles! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and modern decor set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, spacious, and designed with comfort. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the little details that made the stay feel special. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel’s location was also a major plus, with easy access to mall and transport. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ibis Styles for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We also brought our dog and the place is really pet friendly. They charge you a pet fee, but it's worth it. :)

Had a nice overall stay here. Super love how the guard would always smile at me whenever I'm going in or out the lobby. Staff are also nice, but some just don't really greet me so I felt like they don't care about their guests or just me (Lol) Regarding the room, I booked a standard twin bed room and the space is just perfect and comfortable. It has a dinette, a dresser, cabinets, and smart TV. Aircon also works well. The cr comes with cold and hot water. The hot water tho takes a lot of time before heating up. Toothbrush, slippers, bottled waters and soaps are complimentary. Lastly, the breakfast, it's free so I don't have much expectation about it, but it's delicious regardless. But if you're stomach isn't for rice in the morning, they don't have much options as substitute.

Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

the sky bar lounge is under renovation and they failed to inform us regarding that. it should be indicated on their website.. (false advertising ) coffee shops both at the lounge and dragon bar does not have decaf . For a five star hotel and an expensive room price its safe to say that they need lots of improvements on this this part. they should be able to give the guests what they nee and want. having a decaf coffee is basic..  all the staff in the hotel are pleasing and accommodating..good job to the staff. the pool btw is great.

Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!
