Our family member passed away while we were abroad in Ecuador and Carmen from Bluezone Apartments in Quito was very helpful and caring. She set me up with an apartment while my husband was in the hospital, did my laundry and when my partner passed, she seamlessly moved me to a bigger apartment so my children could join me. She even moved all of my luggage to the new apartment for me. She never asked us how long we needed to say, and she was always attentive to our needs. We would simply send her a message every few days letting her know if we needed more time. She was so gracious and easy to deal with. She made a very difficult time for our family much easier. Carmen, thank you for everything you did for me and my family in those difficult times. Thank you for your compassion and kindness. The apartments are in a perfect location at the very center of Quito. They are safe and with very kind doormen and security. There are plenty of places to eat and beautiful park near by.

Confusion with the address arrival, ended up having to walk for two blocks with my luggage to the correct building, not too happy about that, the apartment is nice comfortable everything you need but at night it gets extremely cold and there is no heat unfortunately, stay at your own risk.

The apartment has nice rooms with a double bed (normal, not large which is quite small to USA standards) in one room and two big 1-person beds in the other room. It is very well situated and the guards of the building are helpful in case of questions. The place is very safe and there are plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops to have breakfast in the neighbourhood, as well as grocery stores. The apartment had a view on some mountains and part of the surrounding neighbourhood. The swimming pool was open the night that we arrived but not anymore the following days (maintenance). There are good laundry facilities in the basement and there is inside parking space.
