"Awesome place to relax. We were looking for a hotel with a folk flavor and cuisine. Everything is thought out in the hotel, breakfast, restaurant until 22, indoor and outdoor swimming pool for children, mini football field where I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning. The suite has two levels, toilets and TVs on both floors, on the top floor there is a shower and a bath with a jacuzzi. It is great to relax after a hike. The minibar was a joy. Nice little things: we arrived quite late, the restaurant closes in half an hour, I just told the reception that we were hungry, the girl even stopped making arrangements and ran to the kitchen, they took our order and then finished everything else. They changed the dish for the child without any problems, who could not understand what he wanted to eat and with imperfect English they could not explain. The child spent a lot of time in the pool, we went to the sauna to warm up. Everything is purely high-quality, a great vacation! Just keep in mind that the sockets are not next to the bed. And there is no usual fast food for children on the restaurant menu, buy it somewhere in the city."

"Service is absolutely premium with the staff fully involved into the business and helping guests in a very professional and polite manner (we have arrived later past midnight). They provided a video and step by step directions 5/5 via whatsapp, ensure you give them a call beforehand if so. Amnesties are good, decoration is amazing (if you are into rustic, balcony/terrace has preview to the cable car 🚠 and is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. The time and distance is similar to get to the heart of the city (famous Black Church). For breakfast the selection is great and the staff will welcome you with a smile on their face, absolutely premium experience, cannot recommend more!"

Room includes an amazing breakfast feast with bakery items, breads, cheese/meats, fruits and made to order eggs. Dinner selection is just as fabulous! Plus a great view whether dining inside or on the amazing patio across from the castle. Free parking in back. Plus staff really cares about their guests. Ths is a must do.!!!"
