The hotel is very good located, next to a champagne cave and in walking distance to the city center. Our room was clean and bright, the interior was very pleasant (i love the cushions and the wall decor!). The bed was comfortable and the courtain kept the light out at night. It was very quiet. Also, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. This is an advantage when traveling with kids. The contact to the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend Hotel Porte Mars.

Very disappointed with this property, work in progress on the facade, bathroom in precarious conditions, bedroom curtains not washed for a long time, poor hotel in the area, I do not recommend it, terrible value for money.

Hotel carino, piccolo e accogliente a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale di Reims e a mezz'ora dalle maison più famose di champagne. I lati positivi sono un comodissimo parcheggio pubblico adiacente all'hotel e praticamente gratuito, il prezzo assolutamente competitivo (130 € a notte compreso di colazione) e la camera luminosa, ampia e confortevole. Purtroppo la camera non viene rifatta, non so se c'è un minimo di notti da fare per avere questo servizio: noi abbiamo dormito due notti e la stanza non è stata rassettata. Quello che proprio ho faticato ad accettare è stato il bagno, vecchio, malconcio, con una fortissima puzza di umidità e una vasca che non ti invoglia a lavarti: è un vero peccato perché basterebbe rifare il bagno per far diventare la stanza perfetta. La colazione essenziale in una saletta molto carina e moderna, comunque c'è tutto per fare una colazione più che buona, specialmente le brioche sono buonissime. Per poche notti è una sistemazione sufficiente specialmente per la comoda posizione che per il prezzo.

Concernant l'appartement proposé par l'hôtel. Pour la modique somme de 130 euros la nuit, vous aurez droit à : - Un lave vaisselle rempli de la vaisselle salle des occupants précédents (on se contente de vous dire "désolé" lorsque vous le faites remarquer) ; - Des traces de chaussures sur les sols de la salle de bain et de la salle à manger (cette fois on nous a dit "ah oui ça en effet c'est moi je suis rentrée en chaussures", mais on n'aura pas eu le droit d'avoir un vrai nettoyage pour compenser). - Une poignée de porte de chambre cassée qui vous reste dans la main lorsque vous essayez de la fermer. - Deux fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la rue et dont il faut garder les volets fermés si vous ne souhaitez pas partager votre chambre avec les passants. - Des tapis non aspirés, tâchés, bourrés de poils et de cheveux, véritable réservoir ADN. - Une table basse poussiéreuse et pleine de trasses de doigts et de pieds de verres. - Un frigo déréglé qui congèle vos aliments. - Et en bonus : la réception de l'hôtel qui s'en tamponne.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel porte de Mars début Mars. Nous avons opté pour la categorie chambre "supérieure" qui bénéficie de salle de bain rénovée. La chambre et SDB était très bien, de bonne taille, bonne literie. L'hôtel et la chambre sont décorés avec goût. L'hôtel est à 3min à pied de l'Arena (concert), et à 5-8min de la grande rue principale du centre ville. Les seuls bémol sont : - la vue et le vis à vis (nous étions au 1er étage sur cour). Mais à peut etre l'avantage d'offrir un extérieur pour les fumeurs. - le petit déjeuner très bon mais en arrivant à 10h, il n'y a pas eu de réapprovisionnement de vienoiseries /pancake (on en a eu 1 chacun de ce qui restait). Le rapport qualité prix est très bien en soit.
