The overall facilities are fairly complete, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the environment is relatively clean. However, there was a slight disappointment regarding cleanliness – there was still food left behind by the previous guest in the refrigerator, which hadn't been promptly cleaned out, making it feel somewhat inappropriate. Also, the check-in time was late, and the check-out time was quite early, which was slightly inconvenient. If the hotel could pay more attention to cleanliness and scheduling, I believe the overall experience would be much better."

"This was the first night of my trip to France and Switzerland. I arrived at Paris airport in the morning, rented a car, and drove to the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center, but the road in front is a one-way street, so there wasn't much traffic and it wasn't noisy—a great location. The parking garage isn't very large, and the entrance is almost right in front of the hotel entrance, so don't miss it if you're driving there, otherwise you'll have to drive against the flow of traffic or take a detour. After arriving, I asked about how to enter the Shangtai parking garage and then checked in early. The service was professional, and the cleanliness was impeccable."
