A pleasant shock! ) The apartments are huge, perfectly equipped, very spacious bath-shower, super clean! To the center-mah 15 minutes walk, it is better to walk than in a noisy, problem center to take off the house (in the historic center of the problem: water, sewerage, thunder). In general, this hotel recommends!

AAAVDBEverything is what you can expect if you pay 80 euro's per night. Location is actually near perfect, just a small walk to the center. You can park at the hotel too. However, it's was 30 degrees outside when we slept there. It was a sauna inside the room, really bad.

GGuest UserDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

GGuest UserIdeally located hotel in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants. Parking available at the parking lot. The room card was deactivated several times. Decent breakfast. Slight noise disturbance due to the proximity of bars and restaurants, but nothing bothersome. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

YYong PhilipWell located along the Main Street in Reims. Nice room with balcony, almost like the pretty woman balcony overlooking the street activities. Room is large for the price and right below the hotel is a restaurant that served good food. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. If u are staying more than a night, remember to put the clean room signage.

JJ.NNice hotel, our room was quiet as it was facing the courtyard. The bag of candies as amenities was a nice touch ! Very easy to park the car near by & walking distance from city center and Champagne houses. Good value for money in Reims !

GGuest UserCheck-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

DDr.HeinkeThe hotel is very good in the old town and is easy to find . The spa does not appear to be the hotel but is located in the same house and at 14:00 so we could not use it. Reception so friendly professional fast. We haven't used breakfast because you can immediately get a French breakfast in the street cafe. There is a parking space unusable for us because we arrived. But the hotel reception has made it possible to find another. Overall we have very well sleeped the air conditioning was also well set.
