Nice hotel, but on the day of checkout we were 10 minutes late and the lady at the desk was extremely rude and immediately screamed: “ROOM NUMBER!” without even greeting us or saying goodbye when walking out. Felt very hostile and very unprofessional. Never experienced this before.

There was no chef for breakfast on weekends, only cold food, which surprised AIA. The accommodation is at the back, and there are not many guests. It may be related to Ctrip booking. Every time it happens, it means there is a problem. Parking is $8 per day, the parking space is OK, and the front desk service is very warm!

房間很大，地點也不錯，我們訂的是含早餐的package, 但櫃檯人員忘了給我們早餐券，導致隔天早上餐廳服務員出了帳單，還要我們自己去櫃檯確認再補拿餐券，而且早餐品項很少，是在美國旅行中最少的一次

房間十分整潔，空間寬敞且乾淨，櫃台服務人員的態度也十分良好，有甚麼問題或需求也都會耐心解答，下次若來Reno來會再來住
