No really worth for money, no service at all. don’t recommend to any travellers with car.

The hotel charged me double for my stay, and couldn’t avoid it. Also TRIP.com charged for the reservation

Location is great..3mins walk to bus stop for your and lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is super new.

Just ok

This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel. I paid the room fee online, but the hotel deducted the money again when I arrived. They also said that the refund will take 5-7 working days. Please avoid this hotel.

1. The view outside the window of the basic room I booked was like a prison cell. The front desk was very arrogant and said that the basic rooms all had this view. If you want to change rooms, you can only upgrade, which costs 10,000 isk per night. Also consider your budget carefully before making a decision. 2. The hotel has no parking lot, so you have to find a parking space yourself. The road at the entrance was blocked, so you had to walk a distance with a bunch of luggage to check in. 3. The room door lock was broken and was useless

😁: I'm actually very surprised why this hotel has such a low rating. It feels better than several other Hilton hotels.  Location: It is located in the city center, next to the Capitol, and next to a famous lake, so the environment and scenery here are very good, and it is also very convenient to go out, but you need to pay attention to self-driving. It is not recommended to stay in a hotel in the city center because there is no place to park.  Facilities: Because it is a hotel that opened in 2022, all facilities are state-of-the-art, and it is very convenient to enter and exit.  Service: The service looks polite, but it is not too enthusiastic and distant, and there is not much service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its breakfast, which can be ordered. Relatively speaking, there will be fewer things in the self-service area. It's okay, I can only say  The only shortcoming; although the room has a window, there is a wall opposite my room when I open it. SPA 5500Is, it feels similar to all hotels, that is, there is a pool to soak in, and there is a sauna room 

It cannot be compared with domestic hotels. It is clean, refreshing and refreshing. This is why it is worth recommending! The lobby is small but sophisticated, full of Nordic style. The restaurant on the first floor tastes okay but not full. The pre-dinner buns are delicious.

It was the first time I encountered such a rude front desk clerk at the Hilton Group. When I checked in, I was not told that check-out was at 11 o'clock. I kept calling to remind me until the check-out time arrived. I got up to pack my things at the last minute, but when I arrived at the front desk at 12 o'clock, I was told that I was checking out. She asked us to charge for an hour's late check-out. I asked what time it would be if it was a late check-out. She said 12 o'clock. I asked why the charge was required. She said it was because you didn't tell us in advance. I argued that I didn't know about it in advance. Check-out in Iceland was at 11 o'clock. She asked me to go to the official website to check the check-out time. When there was a stalemate, I asked her to ask the manager. Later, a male colleague relented and said it didn't matter and they wouldn't charge us this time. But this is also the only and first time I have been asked to charge at a hotel because I was late for an hour. As a Hilton member, the attitude of the front desk clerk made me feel very problematic. Objectively speaking, there were no problems during my stay. The hotel is relatively new except for being a bit small. But the attitude at the front desk including the way of speaking is really not good.

The service is great, the front desk is very nice! I will choose to stay here again when I come to Iceland in the future.

It was particularly bad. For a room that cost more than 3,000 yuan a night, the heating was not hot. The room was very small, the windows were even smaller, and the sound insulation was average. The toilet stunk, and the toilet water tank on the wall of the toilet would make noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The most important thing is that they didn't change the room even after contacting the front desk. Later, I caught a cold, which affected my schedule during my stay in Iceland. The hotel management is terrible, and the service staff are rude. Later, Ctrip customer service helped me contact them, but it didn't work. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I finally left the store early and my money was not refunded. Don't choose this hotel when you go to Iceland, it will make you regret it to death, so avoid lightning.
