Nice and clean hotel. Beach is not the best, but definitely a plus to have one. Breakfast is great Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

My husband and I had a two week holiday here in August to relax and unwind. The hotel is lovely with incredibly friendly/helpful staff . The bar staff work incredibly hard, especially those at the pool bar. The young man who served around the pool was very attentive and everything you needed was catered for. All of the on-site restaurants were sensational, especially the Italian which served an amazing Filet Tagliate. The waiting staff here were just superb and you felt truly spoilt. The animation team were fun, chatty and excellent at getting you to have some fitness whilst on holiday! The aqua aerobics was by far the best I’ve ever had on a holiday. Rooms are spacious with a coffee machine and well stocked mini bar. The beach bags were a fantastic extra too. My one big gripe about this hotel was the swimming pools. They were a great size but unclean. Loose tiles were in there and in the pool at the pool bar it had an awful lot of silt/dirt which had come loose from tiles. I understand that repairs probably can’t be done mid-season but cleaning can. As this is meant to be a 5* hotel, more attention needs to be made around the pools. All in all we had an amazing holiday with great weather, views and rest. Just get those pools sorted!! Xxx

I have given this hotel a low star rating based on the lack of air conditioning, not based on the staff, food or other facilities. Please be aware there is no air conditioning inside the hotel except for the bedrooms. There is a heat wave at present which makes the situation even more intolerable. There is a glass roof in the bar/ lounge area which effectively turns the place into a furnace. The reception area is stiffling hot which means there is no comfortable sitting/relaxation area. The beautiful restaurants have no air conditioning which makes the dining experience unbearable in 35 degree heat. Similarly the breakfast room is like an oven with the additional heat coming from the hot food area. I really do not know how staff can work in these conditions. The temperature inside the bar was 34 degrees yesterday. Surely the owners and management can feel this?. I have been to similar four star hotels in the area and all have air conditioning in the lobby and public areas. Could fans or air conditioning units be purchased. ? The bar and lounge are empty at night due to this issue . In relation to the food it is excellent and reasonably prices. All staff are polite and hard working. Special recognition goes to Andreas in the Mexian restaurant who provides exceptional service. We had several meals (sitting outside) and the food was excellent. Similarly the food at the snack kiosk and grill restaurant was excellent. In relation to the rooms the beds are comfortable and there is good air conditioning. The bath rooms are in need of urgent renovation , deep cleaning and updating. The rooms are cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. The pool area is the selling point for this hotel. It is set in tropical gardens and is very beautiful. There is a severe shortage of sun loungers and quite a few rules regarding where you are permitted to sit whilst eating, but generally a pleasant area. Wifi is provided free of charge, but can be unpredictable in terms of strength of signal. Overall this Hotel is good but could be much better with air conditioning and upgraded bathrooms. The staff are an asset to the hotel and work hard to provide excellent customer service. So management please consider providing essential air conditioning for the comfort of paying customers and your loyal staff.

The hotel's buffet is very rich, I like it very much.

This hotel is nice but I don’t know if I would visit again. In terms of the hotel itself it is great! The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are modern and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pools are clean and well kept. There are plenty sun beds available on the lower ground pools however beware, most sun beds are on grass and ants are a problem and crawl all over the beds. There are a few sun beds around the tiled pool area but these tend to go quickly in the morning. The food is great, great selection and variety each day and the restaurant has the option of sitting outside where the views of the sunset are beautiful. In fact all views from the hotel are beautiful. You have the option of sea view or Mountain View when eating and both are spectacular. Old town Rhodes is only a 10minute drive away which is lovely and I would definitely recommend a visit. We also went on a day trip to Symi with Prestige Cruises which I would 100% recommend. We booked this on the harbour in the old town and would definitely do that trip again! Absolutely amazing. Now for the cons. In terms of evening entertainment it’s not the best. It’s all very chilled vibes which at first is nice but we found after a couple of days we wanted something a bit more entertaining to pass the nights. There isn’t really much going on at nights, a lot of people resorted to playing cards of an evening. The spa is not worth the money. We came for our honeymoon and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice spa massage. There were different options to choose from all at different prices (none of which were cheap!) so we both chose a different massage treatment, I chose a relaxing lavender oil and my husband a sports massage, however when it came to actually having the massage, we were both given the exact same treatment and no consideration was actually taken into what we had chosen. I think it would have been helpful if the hotel gave a map of where everything was. The hotel is very big and took us a couple of days to work out how the different restaurants worked. There a few different restaurants and pools and it can be abit overwhelming where everything is. Overall we have a lovely time and the hotel is lovely, just not sure it would warrant a second visit for what we are looking for and for the price it cost us.
