At first I booked a room that didn't suit me, I called the hotel and they were super attentive and changed it for me. Service rating 10. I arrived ahead of schedule and managed to pay for half the stay and went up to my room. Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning too. I will recommend the hotel and whenever I return to Ribeirão it will be my accommodation

The hotel is simple, great breakfast and does its job if it's a short stay and you're not picky. Overall, the room is good, but there are some points that deserve attention: the cleaning of the room was not up to date, the bathroom bowl looked old, the floor in the room was a little dirty, and the service was not the best, parking was poor. Not very safe and on the day of my stay I had arrived first and other guests ended up with their car in my space and my car was left on the street for a while. The TV in the room didn't catch many channels, which wasn't a problem for me.

A única experiência ruim foi um mal atendimento pelo barman/garçon do restaurante que não quis realizar nosso pedido ás 13:55 (dentro do horário de atendimento informado) alegando que a cozinha já estava fechada, porém a concierge do hotel foi contactada e reparou essa falha de atendimento.

A nossa hospedagem foi perfeita, o quarto muito confortável e todos muito prestativos, camareira, pessoal muito educado, mas queria dizer sobre o recepcionista noturno, o Ricardo, todos os dias que o encontramos, estava trabalhando com muita alegria, um atendimento único, além de ter sido super prestativo quando precisamos, só temos que agradecer a ele, e toda a equipe do hotel

Localização de fácil acesso com quarto bom

Hotel muito bom, voltaria mais vezes.

Primeiro quarto deixou a desejar, ar condicionado não funciona e havia uma barata morta no boxe do chuveiro, porém me trocaram de quarto, no segundo quarto o ar condicionado também não funcionava, por fim, no terceiro que me colocaram não tive problema.

Chegando no hotel, não tinha disponível o quarto que paguei na Trip, estava com overbooking. O Gerente me instalou em outro hotel, porém impossível de ficar. Voltamos para o Day inn e tivemos que ficar no quarto pelo qual não paguei. O quarto estava com vazamento e fios expostos podendo ocorrer algum acidente. O gerente nos trocou 4x de quarto pq cada um tinha um tipo de problema. Detalhe: 8h de viagem com 2 crianças e precisei passar por tudo isso até me instalar em um quarto. Os recepcionistas foram muito solícitos, porém hotel ruim, um pouco sujo e comida ruim. Aguardo um retorno

Hotel antigo, mas atende bem as necessidades e com um ótimo custo benefício, café da manhã muito bom e limpeza muito boa.

Não gostei do atendimento. Péssimo.
