We had a problem with a lack of beds for the child in the reservation that was not resolved on the day. Because of this, the website offered compensation in trip coins.

Some considerations: - We stayed in Room 904.4 - A non-working socket and switch - Grouting in the shower requiring brushing - Small TV with few channels. - They do not offer smart TV with YouTube and Netflix - Luggage trolley with defective wheels, making maneuverability difficult. - External parking lot requiring cleaning with a water jet. - Great shower. - Air conditioning working satisfactorily, but with no record of filter cleaning. - Large and comfortable room

I think it's absurd that the hotel charges R$10.00 for an ice bucket. Another absurd charge is for parking. Add the amount to the daily rate and it will be more elegant. Now, the pool and sauna are not owned by the hotel, but by the condominium across the street. They urgently need more thorough maintenance.

I was very well attended in every way. Rating 10. The only thing I could do was have a TV with YouTube.

The hotel was clearly not prepared to receive guests for Easter. When we arrived, there was only one person at the reception and several people to be served. The bathrooms were damp and still wet from the previous guest. The room had leaks and was damp. The breakfast was terrible, the restaurant was too small for so many people who were at the hotel, there was no place to sit, the tables were dirty, etc. I will never go back and I recommend re-evaluating the review so that other guests do not have the same experience that my family and I had.

3 star hotel, with good value for money. Reasonable breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location for those arriving by car, but parking is paid for. The room is spacious and the bathroom is tiny. The bed linen and towels were clean but very old, including holes. The blanket on the bed was dirty with hair from previous guests. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a leak near the toilet. The breakfast area is small for the number of guests. There is not much variety. The bread was hard and dry. There is nothing for celiacs or lactose intolerant people. The service at the reception is very poor. Only one female employee was friendly, and the rest of the male employees don't even look at you.

Hotel excelente com disponibilização de uma ótima área de lazer contendo piscina e academia, além de transfer com balsa inclusa para a praia da barra da Tijuca. Café da manhã completo e muito agradável.

Instalações com sinais de desgaste, pouca manutenção o que passa uma impressão de má conservação. Porém há um certo apreço pela Limpeza. Restaurante bem simples e com poucas opções. Cordialidade dos funcionários não eh um ponto de destaque, no entanto há um padrão de educação nas tratativas ordinárias. Impossível falar com a recepção, durante a hospedagem. Resolva tudo pessoalmente ao transitar pelo hotel, ou fique sem ser atendido.

Fiz a reserva para passar a noite somente. Cheguei bem tarde no hotel e demorei muito a ser atendido. Fomos colocados num quarto com duas camas de solteiro, não tinha cobertor e a TV não estava funcionando. Ligamos para a recepção e fizemos a reclamação mas não fomos atendidos pela pessoa que nos atendeu e estava na recepção do hotel. Mandou que eu descesse para pegar um cobertor e um novo controle para a TV. Isso nos deixou bastante chateados pois das outras vezes que ficamos hospedados no hotel fomos bem tratados

Dessa vez deixou a desejar a nossa estadia. Fomos colocados num quarto com duas camas de solteiro, sem cobertor e com a TV com problema. Fizemos a reclamação com a recepção e não fomos atendidos.
