Comfort Inn Al Taawon - Family Only Reviews

Unfortunately, the service and reception were very, very, very, very poor. We arrived at the reservation location late due to our flight being delayed. The reception by the staff was very poor. There was no care or preparation of the suite for the guest (no slippers, no towel, one bottle of water, and very poor soap and shampoo). We asked the staff for a towel, and they said they didn't have any, and that the situation couldn't be changed. We had to wait until morning. If I weren't tired, I would have left this disgusting, unpleasant place. I would never recommend going to this place.

The suite is very large and has a separate kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient

The hotel is located in a residential area, and the surrounding environment is average. There is no toilet paper in the hotel, and you must rinse it with water after putting on the queen size. There are no towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. in the room, so you must bring these toiletries yourself. The room is equipped with a microwave and kettle. There is a small convenience store next to it where you can buy food and supplies, including instant noodles.

Overall, it was good. The reserved room was right behind the front desk. The location was good and the service was very good. The only regret was that each room only provided one bottle of water per day and breakfast was not provided.

Satisfied, it would be perfect if there is Chinese service.

After all, the price is there, it's quite satisfactory
