Fantastic! It's close to everything, a clean, tidy, charming, and lovely hotel. Definitely worth it if the price is right.

Best hotel ever! The receptionist are all nice, i love the location! Not too centre but still close to everywhere. The view was amazing and got free welcome drinks too!! Also you get free welcome card (free for all public transport in Innsbruck) Will come back in the future

Incredibly nice place to stay and friendly staffs. Very modern design compared to other hotels. Nice view at 4th floor over the mountains and city Very convenient location as well. 15 mins walk away from train station.

I hardly leave reviews because I find it a chore but NALA really lives up to its reputation. The hotel is so unique and comfortable .. I don’t even want to go out. I enjoyed staying in the room and even going to the garden to do some reading and work .. it’s just a 10 mins walk to old town and I like it that it’s quaint

Really enjoyed our stay at Nala - great location near centre, helpful receptionists to give good travel advice, a welcome drink and good amenities with  eco-friendly ethos. Would stay here again!

Fantastic room design, window view. Their staff is very friendly and breakfast is simply amazing! Especially their organic honey comb.

Great hospitality from the front desk when checking in with complementary drinks. The booking includes the welcome card where all transportation within Innsbruck are included plus free activities that you can sign up online. The Garden Rooms is great for three people. The room might get hot sometimes and the thermostat is controlled by the reception (will need to let them know if you want the room temperature to be lowered). Complementary Chocolate when checking out.

a total unique stay! we been placed to the largest room according to the receptionist, room was super spacious for family of 3, tho a bit off point was we were hoping for a little bit more privacy for the bathroom but other than that it was all good. hotel even provided innsbruck welcome card which covered us the main transport in innsbruck. awesome stay overall !

Nice decor. 10 min walk fr train station. Breakfast was expensive and there could have been more selection. No aircon in the room but room is quite cold. Nice restaurant opp hotel selling pizzas and pasta.

It was really lovely staying at this place, stuff were very friendly and nice 😊
