"Hotel in a very beautiful place, spacious rooms, excellent kitchen in all restaurants. Even Michlenov restaurant with 2* stars. There is a good swimming pool with spa. Unfortunately, I put 3* for the service, TK when checking in the hotel do not warn that in the spa it is necessary to be in a rubber hat. The shower hat was rejected and we had to leave the pool. I consider it appropriate to either warn when booking the need for a pool hat (no hotel in the last 10 years is about sitting such), or to give them to guests as a mandatory attribute of use, not to sell. The blonde girl on the pool recession was irritated on, it spoiled the impression of stay. Otherwise, a great hotel."
