We arrived later in the evening, you need to let them know when you will be arriving, so they can have someone let you in. They are on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator available. Just exit the elevator and it's the first door ahead of you on your left. Md. Rouf let us in and he was VERY helpful to us. He is currently studying to get his Master's in Transportation Engineering.  They provide a breakfast with pastries,  yogurt, fruit, etc. and they bring it right to your room in the morning. On the day of check out, we needed to leave our luggage and they graciously accommodated us. Tanvin was super helpful in taking care of everything we needed.  They were all very responsive when we had questions and were very kind and helpful! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome!

Camera grande e molto pulita. Staff attento e gentile. Ottima colazione. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend sopra le mie aspettative. Posizione centrale e comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici  Ci ritorneremo sicuramente 

Large and very clean room. Attentive and kind staff. Excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful weekend beyond my expectations. Central and convenient location for getting around by public transport. We will definitely return

Camera molto deludente, avrebbe bisogno di un importante rinnovo. E' mal tenuta (sticker che si staccano dai muri, macchie), tavolini e lampada rotta. Da un'impressione trasandata e poco ospitale. Il piccolo frigorifero, funzionante, era infilato sotto una delle finestre e molto rumoroso di notte. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, con muffa nei bagni e tende grigiastre. In 3 giorni abbiamo avuto 2 asciugamani per la doccia (eravamo 4 !) ; la colazione era disponibile ma mediocre di qualità. La televisione inutilizzabile. Decisamente sopravvalutato dai punteggi, le fotografie rispecchiano probabilmente l'inaugurazione, di molti anni fa. 

Very disappointing room, needs a major refurbishment. It is poorly maintained (stickers coming off the walls, stains), tables and a broken lamp. It gives a scruffy and inhospitable impression. The small, working fridge was tucked under one of the windows and very noisy at night. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with mold in the bathrooms and greyish curtains. In 3 days we had 2 towels for the shower (we were 4!); breakfast was available but mediocre in quality. Unusable television. Definitely overstated by the scores, the photographs probably reflect the inauguration, many years ago.

Pro: Well heated room and clean bathroom on the healthcare, sinful for the muffa on the ceiling really too. Excellent location compared to the station term. Possibility to bring food from outside and heating it in the microwave of the room adjacent to the reception. Contra:Smooth on the ceiling of the bathroom is really too much, a sign of inquiry because it is a moment to clean it, but also in the room but in small shops. Personal who speak only English, if you don't speak or mask this language, communication is very complicated, it was not our case but it might be for others. Access to the kitchen, open to everyone is very comfortable but in this period of Covid-19 can be a problem. The staff did not always carry the mask, even I had a problem with air conditioner that doesn't make hot air and the boy in the reception came to the room without mask and in chiabats. The room was very clean and wasteful, and the room was very clean and wasteful. The road that leads to the structure is a little abandoned and the evening for a woman is not a good place. Deceptive price quality.

Very happy with my choice, I needed a hotel close to the Termini, and this place lived up to my expectations, representing good value for money. Room was a good size, I felt safe, I paid extra to have the breakfast, a good idea. very tasty fresh pastry, yummm, it was a nice experience for Christmas time in Rome.

Hotel service is very good, the surrounding environment is OK, walking three minutes from the train station, no need to turn almost, very convenient, the front desk is an Indian student, communication is no problem, there is a kind of intimacy, is a residential building on the fourth floor, but very Safe, the elevator is small and old and lovely
