"Great location and service good. Our room lacked coffee pods and not enough tea bags The TV kept turning off. N0t having the ability to watch AFL footy on TV saturday night . was a disappointing - I would have been happy if we could have streamed it through our phone on Kayo love walk in shower as i have a disability and space i n room for my walker."

"The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud."

"Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. There was no room cleaning. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Room cleaning service will only be provided if we stay for more than 7 nights. The overall feeling is very good. This area is very quiet, but it is also in the cable car free zone in the city, so you don’t have to worry about transportation when going to the city for dining."

"I have been busy since returning from Australia, but I always remember that I owe the Melbourne Grand Hotel and its enthusiastic and responsible staff a five-point praise! I flew from Perth to Melbourne that day, took the skybus from the airport to the Southern Cross Station, and walked for ten minutes to the hotel early in the morning. I originally planned to store my suitcase and borrow the bathroom to wash and change clothes, and then went to the surrounding breakfast and sightseeing. The night shift was not off work yet, and the cleaning lady had just started work. They saw that I was tired and embarrassed, so they said that the room type I booked had just been checked out, and immediately arranged for cleaning work. I waited for about half an hour and checked in early. After going out and returning to the room, I also received a handwritten welcome message from the duty manager and very delicious chocolates, which was very thoughtful! Very heartwarming! This hotel is only separated from the Southern Cross Station by a road, and then you have to walk more than a hundred meters along the hotel house to the hotel front desk. The Southern Cross Station is close to the hotel. Woolworths is on this side of the hotel, and Coles is on the other side. The surrounding dining and shopping are quite convenient. You can walk to the Yarra River or the city center, and you can take the free tram a little further. The room is loft style, fully equipped with kitchen facilities, and very comfortable. This is my second time in Melbourne. This time I choose a better hotel than the last chain brand five-star hotel. I will stay here again if I have the chance to go to Melbourne in the future."

"We stayed at Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands over the weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with a lovely view. The bathtub was a real bonus and the range of toiletries provided was excellent. It was super easy to get into the city with a tram stop right out the front. Credit to the management for maintaining such a high standard throughout the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!"

"The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. "The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things. Positives: 1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful 2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station 3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets 4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout 5. Provided with a large number of channels TV 6. Very nice mattress for sleeping 7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower 8. All appliances are working properly. 9. Calm and quiet 10. The speed of wifi is wonderful 11. Windows have good soundproofing 12. Security is excellent. Cons: 1. Neither toilet has a hand shower"
