"The location is excellent, within walking distance to Honghe Water Town, Qianwang Gate, and Huquan Ecological Park. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable to relax indoors since it rained during our stay in Mile. The hot spring pools also looked quite clean, and the laundry room was well-equipped and professional, allowing for free use. The complimentary travel photography service was also very good."

"This hotel had been on my 'favorites' list for a while, so my expectations were quite high. After my stay, I'm a bit disappointed. **Facilities:** The hotel has a gym, kids' room, and entertainment room. The kids' room is quite basic and unsupervised. The entertainment room, with billiards and table tennis, is decent. The gym was empty, and the equipment was new; the changing rooms were excellent. The cocktails at the lobby bar were pretty average, but the live singer was good. The breakfast buffet had limited variety and the taste was just okay. The Chinese restaurant offers group deals, and the food was acceptable, but nothing special. Honestly, there aren't many good dining options nearby, so you're mostly stuck with the hotel's. **Hygiene:** The room environment was fine and quite spacious. Be careful with mosquitoes – don't leave the door open easily. When they provided children's toiletries, there was no mouthwash cup. I hope they can include one in the future, as glass cups are quite dangerous for kids. **Environment:** Overall, the hotel's environment is very comfortable and great for photos. **Service:** The service isn't quite up to par. Staff members aren't very enthusiastic when they see guests. The shuttle bus driver was great and very nice. Generally, the staff members I encountered weren't very friendly. For a hotel in this price range, I feel the service awareness is a bit lacking. **Dongfengyun Characteristic Town Tickets & Sightseeing Car Tickets:** This saved us some money, and the shuttle bus drops you right at the scenic spot entrance, which is very convenient. **5 Digitally Retouched Travel Photos (requires advance booking):** The photographer was very nice, and the photos were ready quickly. He also provided good 'emotional value' (meaning he was good at making us feel comfortable and happy during the shoot)."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The staff were very welcoming, and the hot spring bath was very relaxing, allowing us to wash away our travel fatigue. After soaking in the hot spring in the evening, the room was thoughtfully equipped with white fungus soup. Mineral water and fruit were always available in the hot spring area for guests to help themselves! The breakfast selection was very extensive, combining Chinese and Western dishes, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, catering to different tastes and age groups! Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Mile!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. You can slowly experience the peace and comfort of Mile on foot, without feeling rushed. The room is super spacious, making for a very relaxing stay, and the amenities are complete, with both a swimming pool and a private hot spring. A soak truly soothes your whole body. The biggest bonus is the service. The front desk lady was exceptionally kind and even thoughtfully prepared a local travel guide for us, which was very considerate. Both the facilities and the service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. Staying here in Mile was truly comfortable, and I will definitely come again."

"This was my second visit to Mile, and I chose to stay at Lake Spring Hotel Block E again, mainly for the unlimited access to the mountainside hot springs. Upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The view from the window was lovely, and I enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The hotel service was excellent, as always. Although Block E is a bit further from the Lakeside restaurant, which offers a great breakfast spread, it's conveniently close to the mountainside hot springs. Plus, the front desk provides a free shuttle service on demand, which is really handy. All the necessary in-room amenities are there, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a floor-standing drying rack on the balcony – no worries about wet clothes after soaking in the hot springs. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"Relax with your girlfriends, booked this hot spring hotel, the overall is particularly satisfied. The location is quiet, the environment is very good, the hot spring experience is great, and the privacy is strong. The most unexpected thing is the food. I didn't expect it. As a result, every dish was delicious, the taste was moderate, the ingredients were real, and the dining experience was very good. The room was in place, the bedding was comfortable, and the night was very stable. The staff service was intimate, there was a small episode but it was very timely to help us solve it, the overall price is super high, the first choice for travel, has been recommended to friends!"

"We chose Mile over Jianshui for a few days' relaxation primarily because we discovered the newly opened Holiday Inn there. Our five-day stay at the Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. First off, this is a proper hotel, not one of those trendy simplified versions. What I mean is that its design and concept are genuinely geared towards providing guests with top-notch accommodation and service. The hotel boasts numerous public facilities: a bright and spacious lobby, an elegant little bar and lounge area, a kids' play corner, a starlit swimming pool, two hot spring pools with different temperatures, and a self-service laundry room. And then there's the restaurant – I absolutely have to mention it! The chef prepares a super rich breakfast every day, always with new surprises. I'm guessing the head chef is a master from Guangdong, though he told me he's from Yunnan. As for the rooms, they are large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed, sheets, and duvet are all high-quality. What truly reflects the hotel's quality are the in-room furnishings: the Holiday Inn has chosen truly comfortable chairs and sofas, the kind you can relax in while reading or listening to music. The most valuable asset of this hotel, however, is its entire staff. Every single person is friendly and polite, genuinely caring for each guest. A big thank you to Xiao Ji at the front desk, Nancy at the bar, KoKo at the restaurant, and the ever-present Gavin and Jennifer, along with their entire team. The hotel's location is opposite Honghe Water Village. We walked to Dahou Park every day for a stroll, visited nearby coffee shops, tried various restaurants, and after dinner, headed to Honghe Water Village to enjoy the bustling atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time. Highly recommend this excellent place."

"We were a family of four and booked two rooms, and our overall experience was extremely satisfying. The hotel is very new, with a well-thought-out design and layout. The rooms are modern, beautiful, and the facilities are well-maintained, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. Even though the weather wasn't great during our stay, we still enjoyed the pool. The setting was absolutely beautiful, and there was also a hot spring area that the kids especially loved. Our whole family had a fantastic time. The mattresses, duvets, and pillows in the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully for two consecutive nights, truly feeling relaxed. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great; both adults and children could find something they liked. For such an environment, facilities, and service, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. This was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it to families traveling together. We will definitely come back again if we have the chance!"
