"The front desk took a long time to confirm the order. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, the mini bar is free, you can go directly to the sea, and there are N swimming pools when you come back. The doorman and security are good. The location is a bit off the traditional beach, but it's okay, it's worth the price, and there are too many people."

"The beach is great, but there is nothing nearby except the ocean and the beach. The rooms have everything you need, but are a bit shabby. The staff is great, pretty fast for Morocco. The breakfast is standard, only the glasses and mugs disappear quickly. The hotel was 90% full, but there is enough space for privacy. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, but this is a Hilton and you can't go anywhere nearby. In the evening there is live music, you can listen right from your room, very relaxing."

I indulged in a traditional Moroccan hammam, followed by a rejuvenating massage, and left feeling utterly pampered. The spa facilities were world-class, with a serene ambiance that melted all my stress away. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another delightful experience. The menu offered a wide range of local and international dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients. The seafood tajine and mint tea were especially divine. The Oasis Spa and Hotel truly lives up to its name—it’s a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation and luxury by the beach. "A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day."

"This was our first trip to Agadir with a 2 year old. We would most certainly return, lovely staff who were friendly, approachable at all times. The hotel were renovating the outdoor area whilst we were here, I believe these renovations have been ongoing for a while. It would have been nice to be able to access the rear of the hotel to be able to walk across to the beach. I would suggest the hotel consider child entertainment- this was the only downfall of this hotel - nothing for children to do."

"Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location near the beach and cable car station, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. However, our check-in experience was marred by a lengthy wait. We arrived at 2:40 PM, only to find that our room was not ready. The housekeeping staff requested that we wait for 20 minutes, but when I returned, the room was still unprepared. It wasn't until I complained to the reception at 3:30 PM that they provided us with an alternative room that was already available. I think before giving the room key to the guest, the reception should do a check first so that the guest doesn't waste time waiting."
