Recently we stayed at Fairmont for seven days. From the moment you step into the elegant lobby, you are enveloped in a world of tranquility and sophistication. The ambience of the hotel creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. We were extremely impressed with the excellent service. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist Aisha, she arranged everything for us from the first day until we left. There for we were very thankful. Breakfast offering a delicious and satisfying start each day. We highly recommend Fairmont and we already looking forward for our next stay. Sincerely Susanne and Lasse

We had a wonderful family holiday for a week. The room and facilities at the hotel were exceptional. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful - from the pool staff to the concierge. The food and beverage offerings were high quality and varied. All in all a superb experience.

Great service and overall experience. We were upgraded to a villa from the suite we had booked, which meant we also had 3 butlers at our service. Oussama, Mohcine and Yassine were very attentive and made our holiday even better. The resort itself and beach are idyllic.

We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont and we’re extremely well looked after by Oussama the Butler. He was fantastic and really made our stay extremely easy and extremely special. The hotel was lovely, the amenities were great, and the surfing was fantastic! We would definitely recommend it for a hot break!

We had a wonderful family holiday in the surf. Oussama, Iyassine and Mohsin were amazing butlers in the villa, great service and lovely guys who were super quick to help with delicious food or brilliant trips. They made sure everything was super smooth.
