Very good family hotel, the family room is large and has air conditioning! ! The room is very clean, but the bathroom is a bit small. The family hotel service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic! Worth recommending!

房間是複式，一樓是衞生間和客廳，二樓是兩個大床房，位於頂樓，特別乾淨，床品很舒服，兩個大床房能躺在床上看星星，小朋友們特別激動。早餐很豐富。酒店外部裝飾和餐廳復古，房間內部我喜歡的原木風格，非常棒的一次體驗。 隔壁停車場夜間免費，白天收費。 注意，前台不是24小時，如果晚6點以後到店，要提前電話。我是堵在高速上，電話了前台，告訴我了密碼，大門口摁了密碼拿到了鑰匙。

小鎮很漂亮，商業氣息稍重一點，酒店位置很好，晚上也很安靜。床偏軟，枕頭也比較軟。早餐比較簡單，酸奶和黃油不錯。

房間非常舒適，抵達太晚還留了鑰匙給我，非常棒

The hotel was in a convenient location in town and had a delicious buffet breakfast and parking for our car. The best thing about the hotel, though, was that they had air conditioning, because it was a very hot day and air conditioning is not always found in the hotels here. There was a mini fridge in the room that we could put drinks in. We could buy tickets conveniently at the front desk for the cable car that goes up above the beautiful vineyards.

The staff here were helpful and offers advice on the attractions of Rudesheim. Our room was a good size but the beds were very small and uncomfortable. The view was of the car park and old untidy buildings. Breakfast was in the dining room and was very good, plenty of variety. There were no meals any other time of the day. There are no washing facilities. There is an elevator or stairs if you prefer. It’s in a good location, close to the Main Street. The hair lift to Niederrad is a must as is walking the most beautiful streets.

Recently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.

Our family of four enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The owner of the hotel warmly welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We were able to park in the lot behind the hotel and found it to be a big enough spot for our mid-sized crossover. We stayed in the family room that spanned two floors. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great assortment of food; we really enjoyed it! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for five nights last week. We had the comfort suite right at the top of the hotel. We can not fault this hotel at all. Wonderful room, split over two floors. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast is outstanding. Very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Staff cannot do enough for you. We will definitely go back. A traditional German hotel close to the Christmas market and shops. We did not eat at the hotel but had drinks in the evening, a lovely cosy atmosphere.

Good location, short distance to the city center and the Rhine. Very friendly staff, both at breakfast in the morning and at dinner in the evening. Very large breakfast selection with everything you could wish for. Possibility to enjoy breakfast and dinner in the courtyard. Rooms clean and tidy. Quiet location in the courtyard. Air conditioning available. Toilets / bathroom doors made of frosted glass (we just don't understand this trend)
