HSM Club Torre Blanca

Checking in was very easy and the reception staff are really nice, we arrived late evening and was given a bag with water, fruit and biscuits which was nice for the children. The room was ok, there was 4 of us 1 adult and 3 children. The bedroom was nice and big, the bathroom was a good size, the shower had a mind of its own but good water pressure, the sofa bed omg it was so uncomfortable, me and my 3 year slept on it and was one of the worst sleeps I have had. Definitely needed 4 beds. All well equipped with a hair dryer, fridge and cooker. Enough storage to unpack your clothes, has a tv but you need to pay €10 for a remote which you do get back. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Pool area was clean but be aware you will be woken by the jet wash every morning. Was so nice not having to rush for sun beds, it’s a nice and small complex so not overly busy. The food…….. this really let our holiday down, I’m really shocked by the comments about how lovely the food was. Me and my children are not fussy eaters at all but we really struggled. We was there 5 nights and ate out 3 of them which wasn’t ideal but my children were so hungry. Not a lot of choice but if you like fish your be fine. There is pizza made every lunch and dinner time. The snack bar for me was absolutely horrific I really felt sorry for the children in-between lunch and dinner. The staff were all so friendly and the animation team were great especially Rocky he’s energy was brilliant. Overall was a nice little break for me and my children but we was ready to come home at the end of our stay. Ps if you do go for dinner I would 1000% recommend Bia Sa Coma, it’s a short walk from the hotel on the corner which is covered in overgrown but maintained vines and flowers. Very quick service and food was lovely xx

We have just come back from a family holiday (5 adults +2 toddlers) and overall hotel itself is good but needs few changes. The rooms are small, good enough for 2+1 but they shouldn't be sold for 3 adults plus a baby, as the sofa bed in a "lounge" area is too small for two people. Rooms are very well equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, kitchen stuff, wardrobe space and fridge. The food is also good, freshly cooked and tasty but not much variation, especially for kids. Deserts all taste the same apart from amazing almond cake. My son's favourite was frozen yoghurt (ice cream) machine, big plus for kiddies. Bar staff are all great, but our favourite was Jamie, Anita (dark hair lady) and Diana. Super friendly and always smiling, despite long working hours. Animation team were all great, super energy and not pushy with the guests. A let down for us was a cleanliness and behaviour of a Huanito (jet washer guy) round the pool. He is rude and spoke about us to other members of staff thinking we can't understand or hear him, because we are early risers. When confronted "I speak no English" was the answer and ridiculous sarcastic looks were thrown our way on a daily basis. In my opinion pool area should be cleaned before breakfast times, with a brush first, not pushing around load of mess and birds poo with a noisy jet washer which also creates paddles and slippery paths everywhere. The pool itself is cleaned daily by a lovely older guy in glasses who always greeted us with a smile. It's a bit deep for kiddies so it gets crowded by steps. Hotel location is great too, short walk to supermarket, restaurants, shops and the beach and for those with walking difficulties, the older pool guy also runs a bus service. Overall I would come back to this hotel because we had a great time but needs some tweaking with cleaning the main pool area.

Grat place with a fantastic atmosphere for both children and adults... Especially the animation team gives the place a lot of energy. The show every night is amazing. The food and allround service is more then you could ever wish for .. We will gladly come here again.

The hotel complex is nothing short of 5 stars as are all the staff the restaurant food is excellent they have themed nights great. The animation team well they’re on a different planet the best we’ve ever encountered anywhere and we’ve been all over Europe, Canary Islands,Greek Islands. The apartments are clean and spacious. Turn right out the hotel down to the roundabout and you’ll find the passion bar and grill the best Spanish bar we’ve ever found the boss always on the bbq cooking the best tapas you’ll ever taste.

Hotel HSM Club Torre Blanca is great place to relax and have a great time during your holiday in Mallorca. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. Great animators led all the classes wonderfully, prepared amazing entertainment for children and adults. Great contact with them. Additional sports facilities. The food was different every day. Theme nights with different cuisines, even Asian. Beatutiful waitresses with a great approach to children. Honestly I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to explore Mallorca and have a great base for tips. It’s also a fantastic hotel for families with children. Muchas Gracias!
