Glad didn't upgrade to All Inclusive Food very bland nothing really exciting - all though fish stew was OK at one point Fried chicken tasted awful and looked undercooked.. There is a decent selection though so most eaters will find something - just seemed not as good as previous buffet style hotels in Majorca But the worse part was the drinks - the rose and red wine was undrinkable The beer far too fizzy most likely deliberately to make it harder to consume.. I ended up buying cans across the road and bottles of wine.. However then we were told - we couldn't consume our own drinks in the hotel pool area !?! Hence 3 star only review. Entertainment seemed non existent in peak season - without the Britannia Bar across the road we would have been pretty bored at night... Decent rooms and air con though and sea view and beach not unpleasant If we went again - would try to get a room only option + hire a car and just eat all meals in restaurants locally.

We had a great stay. Fantastic staff and stylish refurb. Will be even better when the refurb is complete. The rooms are fab. We were 2 adults and two young teenagers. We more or less had separate rooms with the way it's laid out. We had a tv in each area with enough UK TV channels! The location is stunning and the view from our room was unreal (see photos). The beach is fantastic and the sea. You can walk out at least 30 metres and still only be waist high (not so much when there's a high tide and choppy seas). Sandra, the hotel GM, made our stay extra special (see photos) with a birthday cake, table decs and bubbly for our daughter's 16th; Sandra, you are a wonderful host and are so obviously passionate about your job and hotel, we could see what you are trying to achieve - thank you! If I was being pushed to make any recomendations for improvements I would say: 1. More food choice and things together that go together i.e. plain rice when there's curry 2. Tea spoons in restaurant for kids and for tea/coffee 3. Tables laid with cutlery and more glasses/crockery. 4. Milk and water in rooms / tea & coffee in rooms replenished. 5. More sunbeds and umbrellas at peak times 6. Snacks available after 9pm. Or maybe extend dinner to 9:30pm Make sure you walk up the seafront towards Sillot - bars, restaurants, shops and street traders (street market on Saturdays). We took a day trip with the glass bottom boat to cala Ratjada - lovely place and well worth the visit. The two ladies on reception were lovely as were Maria, Georgia, Gencho, Sergio at the pool bar and the two spanish ladies in the main bar. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel and fernando at reception was amazing 👌. Food was nice and red wine from the bottle in the pool bar, san miguel for beer i think. Sangria was nice too! Amazing area to sunbathe and beach sea view. Also private exit to the beach so close and nice walk around the ***** and a bar facing the beach. Located by the seaside we were on 6th floor in the corner so lovely views, especially by night, day time we could see locals in their building - sunbathing, older people and not harmful at all. English bar with bingo night and some entertainment made us feel at home and just opposite the hotel. supermarkets / atm near and other tourist shops etc. Free Street parking at the street by the beach, lots of spaces. Overall a good romantic holiday :)

My wife and I stayed here for a week and were really impressed with the hotel. The whole place was very clean and well maintained, and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast- good range of food available at breakfast. Enjoyed having a suite rather than just a little hotel room, though we spent more time on the balcony than the little sitting area. Really good having a little fridge for keeping water and milk clean (even managed to chill a cheeky wee bottle of white wine) . Might be a problem if there are three people staying- there was a bit of noise from the karaoke (which was truly execrable sometimes) at the Brittania behind the hotel. You couldn't hear it in the bedroom area, so it didn't disturb us.

3rd stay at this hotel, excellent location on seafront, lovely soft sand beach. All rooms have pool view and look out to the beach/sea beyond. Hotel was very clean, outdoor areas swept by a team of housekeeping staff each morning. Our room was well serviced. All staff very friendly. Nice pool 2.1m deep at one end and gentle slope to get in at other end. Hotel provided evening entertainment on 3 nights which suited us. Ideal chill out hotel not at all loud or brash, if you want lots of entertainment and activities this hotel is not for you. Very few children, mainly geared up for adults although children are welcome. The resort of Sa Coma is lovely, at no time did we feel uncomfortable in it, no stag or hen parties or night clubs but plenty of restaurants and bars.

Stayed for a week with family 4 adults and 1 child aged 2, check-in remember if your with Jet2 to print your holiday voucher as hotel needs this as I forgot and had to email to hotel at check-in which was a hassle when everyone is tired. You are given wrist bands that have your room key on which was great as you don’t have to take a card around with you, plus it gets you in through the gate from the beach.Rooms very spacious. It was chilly and we had rain showers for first 3 days but luckily hotel still has blankets on bed 😀. The bed was super comfy and slept well. Cleaners do an amazing job spotless. The food in restaurant was very good , the men always went up for seconds. There was always pizza, pasta and sauce also paella in a huge pan which was delicious. There is a grill which they cook to order. Plus a lovely salad bar plus other meals . Also from the first day our table was always ready with a high chair which was a nice touch. The staff in there are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us 😊. My grandson looked forward to his tickles 😂. There is a land train you can go on round the corner @ €5 euro for an adult €3 child and you can get off and on once. But we stayed on for the hour long trip which takes you to 2 other resorts. ( if you want to go to the safari park get off at no.7 stop otherwise it’s an 1/2 walk). There is a ship play park round the corner which is totally enclosed and safe my grandson loved it. Plus you can go pony trekking across the road. We went to the beach most days and was shallow for little ones, 2 beds + umbrella €18. We only stayed for the entertainment once to watch flamenco dancing which was ok. The soft play area in hotel wasn’t open when we were there ? It said open at 12 but wasn’t. Plus you have to pay for ice creams at pool bar even tho we were all inclusive. We had a lovely time but would probably not go back due to no kids entertainment in the evenings which is a shame as the staff are friendly and do a great job. Also on your return journey at Palma airport if you have children please be aware they have to go through a different channel to queue to get your passport stamped my daughter and partner had to queue in there for 30+ minutes so don’t look through duty free go straight to passport control as families nearly missed their flights.

We had a great stay, the perfect relaxing holiday. I have nothing bad to say for this hotel. Great points: 1. Cleanliness - this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at 2. Rooms are spacious, well kept and refurbished very nicely 3. Food - variety every meal time. Some things were slightly cold on occasion I will say but nevertheless nice 4. Choice of drinks was great! Didn’t need premium ones 5. Easy access to the beach, absolutely perfect for splitting the day between beach and pool with its own private entrance/exit. The sunbeds and parasols on the beach are €35 per day though.. 6. Transfer was easy, 1 hour from Palma 7. Britannia pub opposite is good fun, lovely cocktails and atmosphere (there was not much else going on in the area, probably due to the end of the season though!) Would definitely return to the hotel for a relaxing holiday! Highly recommend :)

The hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve ever been too. The front of house staff were friendly, humorous and willing to help. The room itself was spick and span. The blind in the sitting area was broke so opening it was not an option and we did report it but it wasn’t fixed while we were there, however, it never affected my holiday as we were in the other side most of the time anyway. The food was just amazing with just about something for everyone available for each meal time. The show cooking was great and we could have chicken and pork cooked to order and at breakfast, pancakes were made freshly. There was a good selection of drinks for each meal - I highly recommend the mixed fruit juice at breakfast !! The domestic staff were amazing; friendly, accommodating if you weren’t ready to leave at that moment. One even taught us to say the lift floor numbers when we were in the lift with her. So lovely. The pool area was always clean and the beds beautifully lined up. There was never a shortage of beds either, we were able to get two side by side every time we went down. The pool is clean and inviting. We love it here and have booked again for our 3rd visit in October 2024. I’d advise a high floor room for the view. It’s something to behold and if you’re awake early enough, the sunrise over the Mediterranean is something to not be missed. I’d give it 11/10 if I could.

This was my second visit to THB Sa Coma in 2023. The first time was in May when the weather was quite disappointing because it rained for all but 2 days of the 8 that we stayed. Fortunately, September was a very different experience weather wise with beautiful sunshine up to 29 degrees on most days with an occasional overcast portion of the day or a sprinkle of rain. Our Junior Suite had the most amazing view of both the Harbour/Sea and the mountains to the left from the sixth floor. The bedroom was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The bathroom had toiletries provided by the hotel with fresh towels daily & a pool towel supplied also. This is a real luxury negating the need to bring a towel when packing. We utilized the all inclusive package for our meals and drinks. The food was delicious with a large variety to suit many European cultures at each meal. A microwave was available for those who wished to enjoy hotter food that the majority. I particularly liked the show cooking which was available at breakfast in the form of freshly prepared omelettes, Lunch/Dinner as fresh fish (1/2 varieties), meat option, vegetables & a fowl (chicken/turkey) option. These were in addition to pasta dishes x 2, piazza x 2 varieties, at least 7/8 other main course dishes. Each day had a theme which was representative of the country or the cuisine of the day. Three varieties of Wine were available as well as beer at both Lunch & Dinner. The staff are very helpful and recognized us from our previous stay. Each day there were two cocktails of the day, mostly made with Vodka. However, we were able to modify them to add our favourite tipple. Premium drinks and cocktails could be purchased if desired at 50% discount on the normal cost if you were all inclusive. The local variety of most drinks was very acceptable and tasted fine when a mixer was added. Coffee & Tea were available at the pool bar during it’s opening hours. There were some books and magazines left by other guests in various languages to read which was very useful. The hotel is very committed to recycling with various bins available beside the lift on each floor and beside the pool area. In this area there is also a Pool table & Ping Pong for guests to enjoy. The entertainment was held outside most evenings when it was available which was every second night. I particularly enjoyed the International singer from the Wednesday night. She was very enthusiastic and motivate the audience to join in with the singing, applauding even inciting some people to dance. There was a plentiful supply of sun beds at the pool and an entrance to the harbour at the end of the pool area that could be accessed with the special bracelets that facilitated a swipe access to the suites and the hotel. The staff were very accommodating for all our special requests. My friend and I had such a great time, we will be booking again in 2024. We would highly recommend this hotel & accommodation to oth
