Spent a week at the hotel. Overall was pretty satisfied. Rooms were cleaned everyday. There are 3 restaurants with different type of food. Weren't the best ones but allow you to find something to eat that will suit you. Nice, flexible hotel service and the best animation team. Entertaiment for kids and adults as well. Everyone could enjoy program they preapared from morning till evening. Water slides weren't the best quality but still were fun for both kids and adults. Hotel is in the quiet area so there's no noise from nearby area also bus that goes every 15 minutes to the beach is really convenient.

I M64 was here 27/10 until 01/11 with my kids F13 and M11. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. There was a small kitchen though we never felt the need to use it. There are a number of pools suitable for all ages, and these are always attended by life guards. Food was available from a number of outlets on site and was decent, though occasionally a little colder than I would prefer. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful on every occasion. We agreed that we would like to return in the summer season, as the hotel offers a good return especially against the backdrop of the cost.

We stayed here for 9 nights, as there was mixed reviews wasn’t sure what to Expect. This was 100% the right choice the apartment we stayed in was plenty big enough for 4 of us. The rooms are cleaned every day. Our son has addition needs and he loved every moment, the staff are amazing always something going on. Pool are great there is plenty on sun beds. All different types of food through out the day. Sometimes wasn’t to our liking but we still ate. Can’t wait to come back next year.

beds are like chinese water torture. so hard and uncomfortable. sofa bed in lounge was old, stained and broken. when ringing reception they sent a man who took the frame away and welded it. still squeaky and annoying every time you breathed in and out. rooms are very basic and can only compare them to butlins rooms. old and run down furniture needs replacing. kitchen area old and needs ripping out. window frames & doors old wooden, paint crumbling and dirty. our balcony table & chairs was heavily coffee & tea stained. no shelving in bathroom to store toiletries and the grouting and sealants were mouldy. food basic & menotinous and uncovered leaving everything to be covered in flies. this place was recommended to us by tui and god they got it wrong. lots of groups of rowdy youth parties which in a family hotel is not good when children need to sleep. nothing worse than an overtired kid. it’s classed a 3 star but really think it’s a 2. all inclusive but sting you on everything. asked to borrow an iron to press 1 dress and wanted 6 euros per night. had to pay a tax when checking in £66 euros this wasn’t told to us at time of booking with tui, safe hire another €40 euros. felt like we’d been mugged as soon as we checked in. not for us im afraid.

We had a fantastic family holiday for the last 2 weeks in September. The hotel is a very large village complex with lovely pools ideal for all ages from toddlers to teens with splash parks and water chutes. The entertainment and childrens clubs are fantastic always lots for the children to do. We found the hotel very clean and the public toilets around pool areas very clean and smell fresh. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and all the staff are very happy and polite. The 3 food restaurants have lots of choices to suit everyone, the AI drinks are not that great but are still nice, the area is a lovely 20min walk to sa coma beautiful beach and shops or jump in the free hotel shuttle train. We had a fabulous time and definitely would return next year, the only negative is some people are very trashy and leave plates and cups around pool areas where there are barrels for you to put your empty cups and plenty of bins for rubbish, it's disgusting how people think because their on holiday they needn't tidy up after themselves, shame on them and it's them people that ruin it for others with dirty habits!

Disappointing it’s barely a 2*! Booked for a last minute getaway with TUI, they gave it 4* which now I’ve been I’m pretty sure it’s not even a 3*. For 7 days it was over £2k all incl. Good points: Food is quite nice. Kids loved the splash park. Rooms are kept clean albeit need seriously updating/repairing. Snack bars and drinks are good. Couple of mins in free shuttle bus to beach/shops which is lovely. Bad points: Nothing around the hotel it’s quite isolated. Although food nice, it’s lukewarm. Theres nowhere to sit in the restaurant and sometimes the pool is so full you won’t get a sunlounger. Feels a bit budget hotel but not budget prices. For 2 children and myself we had a 3 bed room but there’s no double bed. Do note that the pull out bed in lounge is literally just that and it’s a cot bed mattress that is so hard my arms and fingers went numb in the night. You get 2 x real single beds and a cot bed which if you’re over 5ft your legs will hang over the end and the pillows fall off, oh and you get just one thin sheet for it. Entertainment area is hectic and has a Butlins tent vibe and matching clientele who leave rubbish everywhere. Saw some massive fights, not the hotels fault at all but you don’t see that in 4* hotels….

Ignore most of the bad reviews, some people are inexperienced or naive when it comes to all inclusive large resorts. This is a typical all inclusive family resort to be found all around the world. There will be queues for the bars, which you would expect, but the staff are great, you won't be in the queue for long. Food. And restaurants. Three restaurants and you can eat from 7am until 10pm. The food is to cater for the majority. Wide range of food that you'd expect. One night they had sushi and it was very good. There are queues for food at peak times, which again is standard at hotels. If management do read this, one improvement for queuing at breakfast, have one person cooking fried eggs and one cooking pancakes. This is the main bottleneck. Sunbeds, you'll have to get up early to get sunbeds by the main pool, all gone by 9am. Again standard in most hotels. You can normally get beds by the splash pool area. Room. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out bed in the lounge. Cleaned every day and beds made. Pools and slides, lots of them and the kids loved them. Staff were good fun with the kids. We stayed for 10 nights, 5 adults and 5 young kids and had a great time.

I should have read the reviews before booking as an establishment is only really as good as its worst reviews I know many are slander and perhaps our hope were a little high Good Points............... Clean and safe water park Great fun for the kids - although many are unruly and push in / bully the younger children Good food and plenty of choices with clean eating facilities and staff working miracles at keeping the standard high Needs resolving.............. Poor quality rooms Lots of noise late into the night Many family's letting kids and teenagers run wild , language was shocking , under age drinking , rude and full of attitude - although this isnt directly the fault of the hotel it wasnt being resolved either Before we booked we asked directly to the hotel and tour operator to ask when the rooms were last refurbished and was told during covid all facilitys were fully renovated - unfortunately this isnt the case , we had mould , loose tap fittings , front door that didnt close securely , some windows single pane / some were double glazed . Sofa pull out bed was so bad our son slept in the 2 x singles with us You pay extra on top for ice cream , tennis courts , trampolines , bikes etc etc Please note the water isnt recommended to drink , the funny taste is the first indicator , when speaking to the Reps on site they just simply notioned to us that they drink bottled water ............ enough said as this is very expensive on site or a 15 min walk each way to supermarket to but and carry back With just a little bit of careful investment this place could easily be a higher star rating and attract a higher holiday price and better cliental but you get what you pay for and it is great value for money if you can block out other guests
