I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately, the overall standard has declined since my last visit. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing, with food quality noticeably lower than before. Many items lacked flavor, and some took an unreasonably long time to be replenished—or were not restocked at all. Additionally, there were not enough staff available to assist guests, leading to a frustrating experience during busy hours. To make matters worse, several coffee machines were not functioning properly, adding to the inconvenience. Given the hotel’s previous high standards, this decline was quite disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as this hotel was once a great place to stay.
