"The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. We hope everyone has a wonderful time at Secret Garden!"

If you have a problem, don't hesitate to consult them. They will do their best to help you with any problems you may have. The beach in front of the hotel is shallow, has good water visibility, and is full of fish. This is a wonderful hotel that offers a different kind of enjoyment to large resort hotels."

"I used this hotel because it was open right after the typhoon. The location is near the main shopping area, but slightly off the beaten path. The water wasn't working, so I had to change rooms. I think it was a condominium, as the smell from the air conditioner was noticeable. The front desk staff were very friendly, which was a plus."
