A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!"

"Our Saipan trip was 5 nights, and we were looking for a family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price, and this hotel was perfect. The room was 45 square meters, very spacious. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We slept soundly at night. Paupau Beach is nearby. Since we had a rental car, getting around was convenient. The atmosphere was homey, and the owner was very kind and helpful, giving us appropriate advice whenever we had questions about our trip. We were able to have an efficient family trip in a short period of time."

"The owner is incredibly nice, genuinely kind and sincere. The room is clean, tidy, and safe. Compared to accommodations in my home country, it's more like a guesthouse or a budget hotel, but the location is excellent – right in the city center, directly facing the ocean. It's just a short walk to McDonald's and a supermarket, and a bit further to various Chinese, Korean, and Western restaurants, as well as an American national park. The room is spacious, and for an island accommodation, there's hardly any musty smell. The owner even handled my airport transfers in the early morning, which was super reliable. Book with confidence; Saipan is definitely worth spending a few days relaxing."

"I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk). However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard. That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people."

I think it was a condominium, as the smell from the air conditioner was noticeable. The front desk staff were very friendly, which was a plus."

"I stayed at the Saipan Beach Hotel for 3 weeks on a recent work trip. The beach is on your doorstep and its close to shops and restaurants. It's very clean and secure, the bed was comfortable and there is excellent wifi. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the owners were particularly caring and have thought of lots of little things to make the stay more comfortable. They were very welcoming and really made it a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to people on business or holiday."

"I had a great stay at the Kensington Hotel!! I liked that the room was so clean!! The soundproofing was so good that I had a great sleep at night!! I was very satisfied with the water pressure as an amenity!! Not to mention the view, all rooms have ocean views, so you can enjoy a beautiful view no matter which room you choose! The best of them all is the meal. Delicious food was prepared as a buffet, and the quality of all the food was very good!! Highly recommended!"

My room had bunk beds with springy mattresses, good Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a multi-socket power strip, a small coffee table, a floor-standing clothes rack, shelving, towels of various sizes, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The owner is very attentive and friendly, and there are also two cats there :)"

"It was my first time going to Saipan, but the accommodation was so cozy and nice that it became a travel destination I want to visit again ㅋㅋ Even though it was late at night, the owner welcomed me warmly, and although my departure was an early morning flight, he told me to stay until my flight time, so I played in the water until the last day 🥰 We also went to Dusit in Guam, but I liked Secret Garden better than that. "Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play."

"If you bring cigarettes to the boss, he will pick you up for free, which is mutually beneficial. Since we arrived in the early morning, we chose to spend a day here. Then the boss added WeChat before we left and recommended some projects or something. (It actually varies from person to person). You can choose the boss's or find it yourself. It may be cheaper to find it yourself. I personally recommend finding it yourself, because the quotes from people you find yourself are lower. (Secondly, don't go to the Chinese restaurant recommended by the boss!) It's really unpalatable. It's expensive and unnecessary. Because I am also a travel planner, I know a little about these insider transactions. There is really no need to go to the Chinese restaurant. But the boss is not bad and very enthusiastic.
