The room was really good value for money, clean and with strong airconditioning. Cindy, who welcomed me, was really hospitable and nice, helping me get a tour to Tinian with everything included and answering all the questions I have. There's free water at the reception and a kitchen at the back if you want to prepare your meals. The only downside is it's a bit far from restaurants but as most tourists rent a car, it should be no problem.

I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk). However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard. That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people.

As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. There's a common area with a fridge, TV, and water cooler—a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again. It was a great location and very safe.

My friend came to Saipan from Guam on business. He's a fitness enthusiast and works out for an hour every day. Almost no hotels in Saipan have gyms. The Snow White Hotel I booked was a great experience for him. It's a newly built hotel with a free gym. The facilities are all brand new and very clean. The hotel's location is also excellent, right in downtown Garapan, making it very convenient to go shopping and visit major attractions. The staff were also very friendly. It's great value for money! My friend will definitely recommend it next time he visits.

Excellent! The service was impeccable. A fellow Henan native picked me up at the airport, and they were incredibly welcoming. My top choice for accommodation in Saipan – comfortable and convenient. I would definitely choose this place again next time I go.

We enjoy the star glazing activity organised by the hotel, this is highly recommended! Great hospitality with professional and caring crew. Breakfast buffet with diverse food options, good place to recharge at the early morning! 100% recommended this hotel~!

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, location, service, and facilities of the hotel. The hotel manager was exceptionally friendly. The air conditioning was very effective, and there were no bugs. The spacious bed and room were also excellent.
