Not the most wonderful experience. The night shift manager didn't seem too friendly when I checked in upon my arrival. My room didn't have water and I believe that the daily price doesn't translate to the expected level of service. I moved to another hotel after two days.

Very old hotel with very old furniture, as location there is only the view on river which is nice but the rest it’s completely disappointing.
Staff not that much profesional afterwards the price it’s extremely huge compared to what they are providing.
This hotel it’s not deserving 4stars and I will not recommend you to go to their restaurant ( loubnane) specially during the weekend as obliging clients to pay buy menu 350mad by person then to take a drink such bottles ( it means it’s a kind of variety foods on tables no more for starters then only one small plate to share on the table for all persons sharing the same table).
I will add that the foods for breakfast not that much big variety.
I will recommend the hotels like Sofitel, Amphetrite (in shkirat city) or hassan tour hotel rabat ) with same price of this hotel.
You will find the general manager all time in lobby, or one pool neither the restaurant smoking all time but more observing clients instead of observing the staff to improve their skills.
Then the last point , please be careful to the pictures of rooms and the title, because I was paying 300€ for a room with very poor quality of bed, bathroom then carpet in floor without talking about noise in street afterwards then bad smell of canalization.
If you want a very good room which is premium with high quality it will need to add a cost of 120€ (as I did), means 2 nights costs in this hotel 420€.
Have a look on the room with the view what I attached. Only the rooms in second floor with view on the pool whom a bit more interesting in this hotel but too expensive.

Among the best hotels. Own. Very well maintained garden. I did not like only the shour which was not at all up to par: tuna sandwich, 3 dates, yogurt, 2 pastries.

Just got back from one of the best holidays I have ever been on the hotel and staff were all lovely, the food was amazing and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. I ready looking to go back, can’t wait to book to go back to Morocco everyone made you feel welcome and at home. Most definitely my new favourite country ❤️🇲🇦🏴

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . We went to this hotel and ordered food. To my shock, I saw the lettuce was not clean and had germs as you can see in the picture. I already have a stomach condition, so if something is not clean, it could potentially be fatal for me. When I saw that, I calmly and respectfully spoke to the waiter and he apologized, but he called the chef and told me it was just spices like he was accusing me of exaggerating or lying. I said : SPICES HAS LEGS, and he started using his bare hands to search through the salad. When he realized his mistake, he said he would provide another dish for me free of charge, but I declined. However, he insisted, so when the other dish arrived, IT WAS EVEN WORSE .It was all oily and tasted like it had been kept in the freezer since Ramadan. I said it was not a problem and gave it to my friend to eat. The waiter was peeking at me from behind my back to see if I ate it or not. The big problem is that in the end, they asked us TO PAY FOR THE CONTAMINANTED SALAD. I have never witnessed such a disaster in my life😡. Today, I am in the hospital because of what happened to me.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed with an in-room safe and a small fridge. The location is beautiful by a river and just opposite the stylish Grand Theater of Rabat still under construction. There's a pool with a pleasant patio around, and next door is the elegant restaurant where we had our richly varied breakfasts. Service was always prompt and delivered with a smile.

Very pretentious hotel. But a normal communication with them is impossible. They don't answer mails, never call back (even if they promise to do so), cancel reservations instead of changing them, and still charge the full amount. If you check out very early, you will need to search for someone to help you at the reception. They can't check you out the night before. Location is super, hotel and restaurant are OK, but service is terrible.

Having lived in Rabat since September, I like to come here to unwind and enjoy a relaxing few days. The hotel is the perfect place to stay and the staff are tremendous. The reception staff are clearly informative and welcome visitors in a lovely manner which sets the tone for anyone staying at this hotel. I have stayed in several rooms and all are of a very good standard and are very clean. Breakfast is excellent (although no pork product based items which is understandable). The swimmimg pool is perfect and not deep so children are comfortable with adult supervision to enjoy. The views of the river from certain rooms and from the lovely outside area are incredible and you can enjoy seeing the boat cruises and jet skies from the hotel. You can obviously take short trip to enjoy some of the water sports. As I have mentioned earlier, the staff at the hotel are fantastic and are at hand for any questions you have are answered with knowledgeable staff. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and food is extremely good although alcohol is expensive. I would recommend going to the Sàle Marina as there are many amazing restaurants around that location and the Medina's (markets) in Rabat and Sàle are excellent. I would also recommend an evening around Agdal quarter of Rabat as the variety of restaurants is very impressive. Other places of interest would be the Rabat zoo which is brilliant value for money and probably the best zoo I've visited. The Dawliz Hotel is the perfect location to unwind and enjoy aspects of Moroccan life. The manager is absolutely keen to ensure your stay is perfect for what you want for your time at the hotel. Thank you for making my visits so enjoyable and relaxing.

Terrible!!! The new nightclub that just opened made it impossible for me to shut my eyes before 3am. The AC didn’t work, the room was hot and humid and the carpet was filthy. It was so loud and uncomfortable that I was tempted to pack my suitcase and leave in the middle of the night. I complained at check out, was told they were aware of the problem but there was nothing they could do. What a shame!!!

It is shameful to be denied entry and treated with inferiority in a Hotel at your home country because of what you dress I was accompanied by my family who are two old ladies wearing modest dresses as we are in a Muslim country I suppose . I called a day before to confirm a reservation and ordered a birthday cake for my mother the person on the phone was polite and confirmed back my booking yet when we enter they said there is no Booking and no cake and the cafe is full. However, when I insisted to enter the security said wait outside and had no professional manner of speaking and while I expressed my frustration suddenly there is 4 tables Available.by the end I was approached by the same polite gentleman who offered an apology for the misunderstanding and assisted in providing a taxi service (thank you) Yet i suggest that the management conduct a training to staff as the team communication and service level is 0 The view was the only good thing in this whole experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dawliz Art and Spa Hotel in Sale, Rabat. The view of Rabat across the River was stunning. From the art work on every floor to the pool to the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, it was perfect.
