"The resort is located in a good and easy accessibility location. The rooms are well maintained.The swimming pool is well maintained however indoor games needs more care and improvements. The resort has a pure vegetarian restaurant which servers good food. The resort provides a very good nature experience. As soon as you wakeup you will hear the voice of many birds which is a very soothing experience. The attraction of the resort is their exclusive complementary nature walk. This is a guided walk. We were assisted by Mr. Radhakrishnan who was knowledgeable and provided all relavemt information.During the walk we were lucky to spot 3 bisons too. Morning walk between 7 to 9 for about 2.5 KM is avery good start for the day. Overall I highly recommend this resort."

"We booked and stayed two nights with our German Shepherd at Lake Forest hotel, Yercaud. The location is excellent, close to nearby attractions, and the continental food was genuinely good. Mr. Kasiraj, the F&B Manager, was attentive and professional — a clear bright spot. Staff overall were courteous. Unfortunately, the stay was undermined by a long list of operational failures: Power & connectivity: Frequent, prolonged power outages with no reliable backup. Mobile signal was unusable in our room, forcing total dependence on hotel Wi-Fi — which appeared to be unsecured, a real privacy concern. Room allocation: We were told on arrival that our booked room wasn't available because we had a pet, and were shifted without any prior warning. If pet policies restrict room choice, this needs to be disclosed at booking, not on arrival. Room condition: The lace curtains had partially come off their hooks, privacy concern again. The geyser was leaking hot water at the hose. No housekeeping was provided in two full days — not even a basic top-up. Stray dogs: Several stray puppies loitered around our room area, causing constant stress for our German Shepherd and making it hard to move around with him. Communication: The intercom was switched off stating thunder and with no alternative communication offered. Any request meant climbing a long flight of stairs to reception or the restaurant. Breakfast: The buffet was cancelled on checkout morning with zero notice, leaving us with very limited options. No feedback process: Despite all this, no one asked about our experience at checkout — a missed opportunity for the hotel to even know. Rating: 2/5 Good location and a genuinely capable F&B team, let down by poor maintenance, unreliable power, weak communication, and a lack of basic guest care. Needs serious operational fixes before it can be recommended with confidence."

"Stay was ok. Couldn't had breakfast as it was to start from 08 in morning and i had a flight at 11. Room lock key was broken and bathroom was not so clean. Little more work to be done but rest property is fine."
